Super friendly people! Johl and Scott made the car buying process fun and fairly easy. We did have a decent wait both times but we totally understood.

Jim Smyly was an excellent Sales Representative and took his time working with me not only to find something I would like but also to help me through the process of financing the vehicle. I would recommend anyone interested in a Kia vehicle to check out their selection at Kia Hagerstown and ask for Jim Smyly. Professional, knowledgeable, and nice as can be!

We had such a good day as the door was opened at Hagerstown Kia with a smiling employee. The young man would be our sales rep and asked and answered all our questions about hybrids. It was so nice as all employees everyone were smiling and talking to all customers. We had bought three Hagerstown Kia's the last 24 years, keeping the vehicles for about 15 years each. So we wanted hybrid suv and discussed the benefits and then test drove. It went so well that we bought two suv's. A Seronto and Sportgage both hybrids.
Another reason is Hagerstown Service has been so polite as the know our names, always meeting out needs and recommended service. So we are very pleased with their service.

Jim was very good and helpful! I went there looked at a few cars sent him a few he mixed them all up and found my the perfect one! He communication was awesome and he even made it happen while j was in a trip had it ready when j got back! He went above and beyond to get me an awesome deal with a low rate!! If you go to Hagerstown Honda ask for him he will definitely get you what you’re looking for!! Love Love my new car! Thank you for all you done and getting me into the best vehicle there !

I bought a new KIA K5 for my daughter last week.
Tim lanno was exceptional in making the process smooth . He answered all my questions to my expectations . Very courteous and spend a lot of time through the entire process with me and my daughter . I would recommend Hagerstown KIA to anyone anyday .

We have been customers here since we moved into the area around 20 years ago. Everyone we encounter here whether in sales or in service are happy, polite and very accommodating. The service department provides excellent service every time. They have van service to drop you at home or work and will pick you up when your vehicle is finished. We just purchased our 4th vehicle from them and from the sales people to the door greeter (yes, they have a person open the door and welcome you in) to the sales person to the crew in the back who prepare your new vehicle for pickup, everyone is happy and helpful. Note the "happy" part. These people smile all the time, they like their job. It's not something you see often. People who like their job, do it well. I highly recommend them. Before we purchased this vehicle, we visited several other dealerships. For the most part everyone was very pleasant but the vehicles just didn't fit what we wanted, nor were they the quality of a Kia. They also didn't have the feel of this dealership in Hagerstown. I like being around happy people who enjoy their job. It makes your experience so much more pleasant. I'm sure that my new Kia Sedona is a wonderful vehicle and I know I will receive great service when I visit the service department. You could not make a better choice than coming and doing business with this fine group of people and the products they sell and service!

Working with and communication with our sales agent went well although when it came to financing a very small portion of the vehicle (we put a large amount of cash down), things turned from bad to worse. Nightmarish actually. Scott Murray was not upfront, quite deceiving and honestly he used fear tactics to sell additional coverage. AND we were being videotaped while in his office. We had to sign a consent form too. Honesty is not a virtue here and we were ready to walk away from the beautiful 2025 car that our salesman Mike Todd found us. Scott knew exactly where we wanted our payment to be but when we walked into his office, the payment blew up to double what we told him. We felt anger, extremely deceived and trapped into his game. Do not recommend Hagerstown Kia. Go shop in Frederick instead.

Got a flat tire traveling on I 70. Looked for closest Kia dealer to fix or replace tire. Arrived at dealership after the service department closed. Service manager Matt and rep JR were still there. They listened and treated us like family. Dropped the damaged tire off that night and they called at 8 am next day to say come back as tire was repaired and it was remounted as soon as we got there. These guys are the best and I can not express how much we appreciated their dedication to customer service. If we lived close this would be my dealership to buy and maintain.
