We love this car wash! They provide warm towels for cleaning, a rubber/felt mat shampoo machine, and free vacuums with great suction! The wash itself does a nice job. Everything is well kept. Highly recommend, the membership is cheap too!

I am impressed. It git the spot in der the bask of the car that most car washes never get. I was disappointed that more of the wheels weren't clean. The vacuums being free are fantastic. Thank goodness they recycle their water - or do I was told. I'll definitely return

I just wanted to share, Hagerstown Auto Spa is my favorite car wash. Recently I had an issue with vacuums. I let management know and almost immediately I got a response. Often times people complain but don't share how problems get resolved. I got a personal response from the Area Manager. I've been doing business with this car was since the opening of the very first location in Hagerstown. I just wanted to say thank you, and thank you for listening to your customers. I've been a Gold Member for years and it's always been a great value. I always tell all my friends how great it is. Keep up the great work!

I signed up for the subscription started taken my car there once a week. The second time I took it I noticed little chips of painting missing, I thought maybe it was just a coincidence, and just decided to be more mindful and watchful the next time I took my car yesterday and then afterwards noticed a huge chunk of my paint peeled off, this is beyond unacceptable Iwcanceling my subscription .

The wash did a good job getting the car clean. The free vac and towels are nice..I just wish they would offer glass and all purpose cleaner like other washes do.

I really don’t know if 3quarter Ton trucks should be allowed . I am canceling my membership tomorrow with the office . I just bought a new truck two weeks ago. I’m literally still on temp tags. I have scratches on the very end of the truck bed on both sides. It’s unfortunate because I love how clean the AutoSPA always kept my Half ton truck , but I know with my new truck it’s received scratches today during my visit . I literally just bought this truck :( . They prolly should consider checking into this issue with bigger trucks . I have a video of truck when I took it home off the lot and them scratches definitely was not there .Service: Auto detailing

Staff of team at this location are very friendly and dedicated. Every team member I came in contact with are helpful, upbeat and cheerful. I highly recommend to anyone if needing a great carwashing at a reasonable cost.

Stopped by on 9/1/2023, opens & 7:00 still closed no employees, frustrating to go out to use and not open, was told probably still a half hour before they open.Spoke with Matt on 9/11/2023 issues were addressed.

Got a car wash and went vacuumed my car. When I noticed passenger side of car had dirt and grime that wasn't there when I got here. I couldn't even wipe it off. I will have to take to a place that has power wash.

I like the fact that you get free vacuum, rags to clean windows and window cleaner. It got my van pretty clean. Expensive though but on the upside you get extras , so you have to way pro's and cons. It was worth the 25 dollars for the month unlimited wash once a day. After that it's 45 a month.

I am used to going to locations that are full service so I can be lazy ?, that is the only reason why I'm not giving it 5 Stars. However, the staff are personalble and professional. The monthly membership is the best deal.
