I can always find something I need at Restore. I’ve also donated items. The last time I was there, I purchased a table, 4chairs, and a small desk. When I went back to have the items loaded into my car, the gentleman loading became quite rude. Said he wasn’t going to listen to me and I could load them myself. He was convinced that it was not going to all fit in my car. He haphazardly put it in and tied the back down with one flimsy little string tied around my rear windshield wiper. I didn’t wanna argue so I left him do his own thing. Then we went a block away, unloaded the car and reloaded it, and was able to get the back closed without an issue. I’ll still shop here and I’ll still donate here but I’ll load my own stuff from now on.

I used to love coming here to buy furniture to restore for my house. It’s gotten really pricey. Some items are marked higher than they would be at store, brand new. I understand it’s for a good cause. The employee are always kind and helpful. It’s always clean and organized.

Some of the stuff is overpriced but for other things the price is more than fair. I recommend going to the back if you are looking for kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks and bathtubs at a good price

This place is great! Purchased a large patio umbrella for a great price but the best part was the customer service. Everyone was helpful. From the cashier to the employees who helped us take it apart and load it into our vehicle. A special shout out to Billy who went above and beyond being helpful. Great job Restore!

This place is so cool you can find almost anything here. Check it out. They have a friendly staff that is very helpful. They carry furniture, building supplies, paint, stain, glassware, light fixtures, and who knows what. It's a good place to shop. It's for a great cause. Please check it out.

Went here to get some butcher block countertops. They wanted $350 for a 96 inch long piece when they are only $220 at Lowe’s. Winchester location seems to have better prices

Always fun to shop here and find nice things to add to my home. Whether it's paint, wood, just depends on what you're looking for and how patient you are. Stalking the place every time you're in town really helps too. Hahaha have fun.

I can't tell people enough to go to a restore before they go buying things elsewhere! They don't just have amazing used items, they have brand new kitchen cabinets, flooring, sinks, microwaves, stoves, and tubs it just all depends on each store on tubs, microwaves & stoves. You can get a nice set of brand-new kitchen cabinets for $250. All of the money goes towards the homes that they build. They believe that all families should be able to own a home so kids can grow up in 1 place!!! They also sell new products in some of the locations like Hagerstown. If you need garden supplies... Restore!!!

The new manager, Maria, was tremendously helpful to me today. I purchased brand new patio chairs, aluminum, with cushions at a very reasonable price. I got a used bicycle in good condition for my granddaughter for 15. I purchased lots of books and odds and ends as well as a bookcase. The loading dock team did a great job helping me to load up at the back of the store. Everyone was very helpful. The store has been reorganized entirely. I took quite a few pictures which I will post. It is clean and sparkling and well organized! I highly recommend shopping here as you will be supporting a very important ministry in the community as well as getting good deals!

Update: What is happening? The prices on the majority of USED and donated new items have increased to department store prices! Take note from Goodwill, price gouging on donated items will not increase your sales or credibility.I love the variety, prices, and staff, and knowing my purchase goes to a good cause.

Nothing like other Restores I have been to in other cities. Mostly just items for people trying to do very cheap remodels and those looking for cheap nic nacs.

This store gets better all the time. It offers everything from switchplates to nut bowls, with rugs, furniture books, paints and art , along with the unexpected. I miss the small quantities of partially used paints though. They were fu to use for creative decoratio s wherever needed.
