Great selection for females and men under 2XL. Tops only for 2XL. I wanted to exchange the pants I bought for a 2XL, but there were none in stock nor online. Despite the odds being slim to none, Jenna exhibited a lot of patience and knowledge with their online ordering selection for the store. The ordeal took about 40 mins but Jenna never gave up on options and if someone else had to deal with my situation, they probably wouldn't have been able to deal with half of what she did. Great customer service and problem solving skillsShe deserves a promotion and large raise!

I don't recommend it, I wanted to buy some shoes ? and the box had two different prices, I asked the girl and she told me that it was a mistake and she wanted me to pay the most expensive $. Never, I don't recommend it

I’ve never went out of my way to make a review, but i feel like this situation was very very poorly resolved by the management in place at the time! After purchasing multiple items from Guess and proceeding to exit the store I feel this excess amount of weight on my wallet and go to feel my pocket I realize that I have someones wrist and notice my wallet in between his fingers. I then proceed to hit the man (ONCE) as a warning after trying to pick pocket me.. the events following is the major problem here. After being confronted by the store manager I was considered as the bad guy. i’ve explained this man has tried to pocket and i was asked to leave the store and the store manager proceeded to let the Male go back in line until he shortly came sprinting out of this poorly ran Guess!.. not to mention told me “ find “ security if i had a problem.. What would be the situation if my wallet had been stolen with excessive amounts of cash as i was black friday shopping

My first time at a Guess store. There's isn't too much to say. Not a lot bad to say as much as not many good to say. It was awesome, the store arrangement makes it easy to locate what you want easily. There are a lot of different kinds of clothes, shoe, bags, wallet, belt etc for males and females "only". Associates were nice with us, we had good deals as well. Do not shop a lot online, go to the store!
