This place shouldn’t be open , bad part of Hagerstown, md an before I got to the building , people wanted money, then get in the building, I just asked if they bought certain items, seems like the guy had an attitude and not very friendly, I was out of there in like 3min , 1st time and last time , I go near that business ,

This place is a bad place to pond your stuff at it doesn’t make sense to someone every day the price change when you come back to Pawn something and then the next person say oh there’s nothing we can do I won’t recommend this place to nobody.

My husband & I have been patrons of this store for about a year more or less. I have bought jewelry, games , you name it . Saturday night we bought a Wii . got it home and the controller didnt even have the back on it that holds the batteries and didn't work . we ended up returning the Wii after getting another one else where . we asked to buy the sensor bar separately after we drove the whole way from PA to do business with them. They refused the sale. We will no longer be doing business with this store.PS: when I purchased the console, the register didnt have change so I got charged and extra 60 cents . completely unprofessional and has no regard for long time customers.If you're buying anything electronic, just go elsewhere. Everything is over priced here anyway. This place use to be a favorite of mine. Not anymore. Do not waste your time or money here. They don't test electronics before the sale is made .

Awesome store and great selections of jewelry and electronics. My favorite is the man's watches and the Hagerstown store has a nice display of the watches. I bought my promaster Citizen skyhawk radio controlled man's watch there with a great bargain prize. Thank you Sammy and Adi, the friendly staff! I am an satisfied customer of the store for over 9 years now! For trade and buy goodies, this store is the best in town! Worth to stop by and Check out the always revolving around inventory of goods at the store, and by the way, it's a good place to look for tools and you'll find some exotic and sometimes even strange items ,you'll not find anywhere else in town! Thanks guys for keeping a nice inventory of goods for all sports or hobby and collectibles. If you shopping for any occasion, it worth to stop by here, before the department store. You'll find great deals on the merchandise and I have to tell you guys that the friendly staff members also accepting bargains on the sale... and they are very fair in the pricing of there item's.
