I brought my iPhone in to get the battery replaced and Geek Squad gave it back to me with a broken power button. They did inform me that it was broken and said they could order the part and fix it, but they would need to keep my phone. I NEED my phone to make money. I can’t take off work for a whole week and sit at home because Best Buy needs to hold my phone hostage for some reason.Also, it took over 2 hours to change the battery even though I had an appointment.The second star is only because the members I interacted with were pleasant.UPDATE: A satisfactory resolution was reached.

I called ahead of time before driving over an hour all the way there to make sure they could help with what I needed and they assured me over the phone they had what I needed and could assist and when I got there they greeted me with an attitude and did nothing and made up excuses refused to change my battery or even sell me one so I could do it myself. Wouldn't even recommend somewhere to get one. Waste of time and gas, terrible customer service. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

I was told by customer service to bring my speaker here for repair, had to take off work to get it here for a set appointment then they tell me they can't do anything with it then they could even figure it out how to send it out for repair and would even take the time to hook up the speaker to Verify the problem, very lazy and did not care about me the customer

Called in about a problem regarding an error my PC was throwing. Seemed helpful at first, but immediately hung up when I informed them I was working on a custom built PC. Not sure if it's against policy for them to provide assistance with custom PCs, but if it is then simply informing me of such a policy would've been enough. Instead, they decided to hang up on me without any further word, and wouldn't answer when I called back and waited for 10 minutes.
