“I wish i could give 20 stars! I needed a set of nesting tables, Chris found a set in his warehouse and refinished them for me. The finish is like glass! They came out absolutely beautiful! Chris is top notch, absolutely cares about his work and the result is amazing! They just don't make craftsmen like this anymore -- he's an absolute artist! And to add to all that he's also a blast to talk to! I would love to visit the showroom someday but i'd probably never leave! Then i'd go broke! Lol!”

“I’m never one to give reviews but this is the exception. Went to Ashley on Super Bowl Sunday to see what I could find and walked out with a new couch to be delivered and a smile. Austin was amazing, greeted me at the door, gave me space when I let him know I was just looking, but also was there within seconds if I had any questions. Him and the manager worked with me on getting me a great deal and crunched numbers with me. Dominique also was great! She was charming, efficient, and attentive to details. Between setting up the shipping and going over everything with me her and her team were able to make me feel comfortable, not get bored to the point I would look at my phone, and had me laughing along with their conversation like they knew me personally. Will recommend anyone I know to check out Ashley of Hagerstown if needing furniture.”

I don't have to watch three numbnuts back into each other and get into an argument about a divorce (typical Walmart things) and I don't have to throw half of my groceries away when I get home because they're moldy. Store employees have always been polite and helpful”

“I'm going to give the remodel a 4 because even though it is spotless as always and organized well, the placement of all of those dividers and displays make it cluttered and hard to see anything. The beauty area is insane. Lots of product, but so hard to shop. I do like the open checkout though.”

“My experience with this location was excellent! When first entering I was greeted by Isiah . I told him what I was looking for in detail and he helped with out being pushy or over bearing. The atmosphere was welcoming and calm. I had my husband and 14 year old son with me and both Isiah and Dan (the store manager) entertained them in other products while I continued to browse to make sure I what I picked is what actually wanted. And Isiah helped me make a great choice based off my personal needs and not based of what the store needed to get off of inventory. When both Dan and Isiah seen that I was having a hard time deciding between two items he encouraged me to take picks go home and think about it first and then come back and let him know. I took his advise and then next day I went in and completed my contract with a breeze and full explanation of everything. Isiah and Dan is welcoming, pleasant, friendly, non overbearing, and informative! Thank you for a great shopping experience!”
