I had an amazing experience with FSR. I got new brakes right before a long road trip. After about 1000 miles the brakes started to squeak then after about 1500 miles, they started to vibrate. I started to get worried as a woman traveling alone. My next stop was Hagerstown, MD, and I looked up local auto shops. FSR got good reviews so I called and they told me to come on in. The service was quick, the problem was fixed, and I wasn't raked over the coals since I was an out-of-towner and a bit desperate for some help with the car. Thank you so much for being amazing!

Have known Todd, the owner, his entire life. He puts his total self in to his work. Very honest and professional. If your vehicle needs something done to keep it safe and running, he will tell you. If you request a repair you think needs done and it doesn't, he will tell you. He and his team are reliable, honest and professional. Highly recommend them to everyone! Five-star plus! He keeps my "old girl" running, and the rest of our vehicles, year after year.

Great service! Called on Friday of a holiday weekend and they took my wife's car, diagnosed the issue and got her on her way with a temporary fix. Wife was totally happy with personable service and will be returning for the permanent fix. Good old fashioned customer service and very knowledgeable technician!

When my work truck blew a spark plug, Todd, the owner and head mechanic, diagnosed the problem as something he was familiar with and had an affordable solution, working with our difficult schedule, in under an hour when I showed up unannounced at his shop. Not only did he complete the job faster than he had estimated but he was able to fix the engine under the cost that we had been prepared for. His shop is one of the few in the area that mainly focus on cars and regular sized trucks but can service the "Uhaul" type box truck that we have without costing the exorbitant prices that the big rig shops charge. I was so impressed with his work ethic, performance and honesty that I intend to utilize his expertise for anything needed for my personal vehicles. It's extremely rare to find such a knowledgable and down to earth mechanic that doesn't seem to have exploitative intentions, these days. I am pleased to give FSR an exemplary review.
