Just had a driver call for a tire repair (we had a blow out with a drive tire across the street from them) we have a used spare in excellent shape that we carry and we were told over the phone they don't make money on just doing mount and dismount and that we would need to purchase a used tire from them at $295 plus tax as well as a dismount and mount or $400+ for a new. What a joke that's a sad way to do business. We will not waste our time on calling this place again meanwhile we will pay the T/A even more to come install our spare just for the principle at this point! SMH.

Alex and the entire staff are a life saver! Can in late on the 17th of October with a weld that needed repair. Had me finished first thing in the morning and back on the road. Great people! Really great service! I called in to get a fifth wheel adjusted and reinforced. Everyone was 1-2 weeks out. Had a very important load to pickup so it was urgent. These guys took me in and got me handled same day. Very fast and high quality service!!

So, I chose this company to tow me from a break down on the side of the road. The transmission was completely shot. The tow truck took me to the nearest FREIGHTLINER dealership since my equipment was still under warranty. The next day the dealership tells me that the tow truck must’ve cracked the oil pan because they saw a line from back to front plus the leaking oil that was just a puddle that didn’t look like it was brought in like that. That wasn’t a big deal because I thought to myself things happen and if they did it they’ll own up to it, sure enough. I contacted them and they had a tech and who I thought was the owner out with in 15 minutes. They inspected the damage and immediately apologized for all inconveniences, offered to replace the oil pan, oil and fuel filters at no cost but couldn’t stress enough how sorry they were. Honestly, their reaction time was impressive but the fact that they accepted all fault and owned full accountability left an even bigger impression on me. Prices are fair (cheap service ain’t good and good service ain’t cheap) and their staff is very friendly.Service: Special vehicle towing

It is wonderful to deal with professionals when you need something fixed. We were stuck with our RV, the slide out stopped working. I brought it here, and they found and fixed the problem on the same day. Very grateful!

Called them and they said they could be where I broke down in about 2 hrs and that they definitely had the parts to get me going. Then they changed the time 2 more times and ended up not having the parts. Ended up spending all night waiting. Mechanic was great and very professional. Dispatch was dishonest

If I could give zero stars it will be fair called for a road call spoke with Molly just to get a “mechanic and a truck” to swing by and explain to me what I could see & then say to take it to the shop. BAM! $327 dollar Bill for mechanic to swing by and leave. MAIN AIR-HOSE line issue… Honest to God.

I haul a step deck trailer and needed a place to move a load up to the upper deck so I could grab a more lucrative load for the lower deck. I made one call to Alex, and in no time I was able to secure the second load. When I returned for my original load at Fix and Go, my load was safe and secure. Alex reloaded me in no time, and soon I was on to make my deliveries. Good guy...great businessman. I highly recommend this establishment for any of your trucking needs.

Lots of good reviews because of the food gift card incentive. Probably a great place if you are working through your insurance, but there was very little communication with me leading up to getting the final bill. I left with the same problem that I brought it in for after paying more than I was expecting for a fix I’m not sure I needed.

These people are very nice and professional.They gave me a good deal on my tractor trailer tow and free ride to and from the hotel.I had a pretty detailed job done on my Truck and they got it done fast and correctly. I met Alex which is the Mgr and he took great care of me and he is a really nice guy, he didn’t know me from Adam but treated me like family honestly! Some may think that I’m exaggerating but I was a long way from home and I knew no one in the area but I was referred by A guy named Brian that has a Mobil shop by the name of Bains that was gonna do the job at first but didn’t have room for my 53 foot reefer trailer which he was a great guy as well.I highly recommend this shop!Alex and Molly if you read this I just want to thank you again.
