What the heck is wrong with this company first they deliver a package to the wrong address on my end and then they deliver my neighbor's package to me I try to call and report it and there's never anybody who can assist with it. This company just needs to go out of business and let the professionals handle it

The driver for my route is absolutely horrible. He doesn’t follow delivery instructions and my packages get stolen.

For three hours the FedEx driver has been sitting in the same location, an intersection. Some other folks are wondering where Hagerstown hires it's FedEx people, and I have a theory - they are rejects from the postal service. This area is the only place where FedEx actually makes the post office look good. This is the third incident now, and this involves prescription medication.

Awful delivery drivers! My 7 year old son and husband were home waiting for my sons package. The FedEx driver pulled up and my husband was outside at the time and then he drove away and marked it as an incorrect address. Called and the address is obviously correct, was told they would re-deliver again same day and the driver never showed up. Real fun having a disappointed child due to pure stupidity or laziness, not sure which.

Fast service and the associate caught that my shipping address was partially cut off. I appreciate the attention to detail. What I didn't care for that FedEx will charge for a piece of tape. Really?

FedEx website is a joke and trying to get a human on the phone is impossible. I live in rural Allaganey County, Maryland but my mail originates out of Hancock, Maryland eighteen miles to the east. FedEx drivers will not drive the last .85 miles up Ziegler Road to make the delivery, the will return the item to Hagerstown where the address is corrected for Little Orleans, Maryland then reroute it to their center in Cumberland, Maryland adding two, three days if it's a weekend before it arrives at my doorstep.

Taking all week to get my package and they had wrong address and did not bother to contact me and now taking from 8am in the morning to 8pm tonight just to get here from 30 minutes away ridiculous never using fedex again. Can't even reach a live person only automated. Fedex probably treats their workers like crap and overloads them that's probably the issue. I don't even know if this package is going to make just have it sent by horse and buggy it would get here quicker then.

I was expecting 2 packages. 1 for $300. The tracking # says delivered yesterday. We were home all day. Tried all morning to speak to am agent. They will not let you. Horrible service!

Fedex is terrible. Their independent contractor drivers don’t care. Fedex I believe will go away. Good luck getting deliveries on time.

This business is terrible, they have single handedly cost my business thousands of dollars the last 6 months. You cannot talk to a real person ever and delivery drivers show up one day at 9:45 then 4:30 the next. Packages are constantly delayed. Worst shipping company hands down!

Fedex said they tried to deliver my package but I have security camera's and they never appeared on them. So I had to call and schedule an appointment for delivery because the package needs signed for. I set the delivery for my day off at 10am. They said would 10 to 12 be ok. I said yes but had to leave and couldn't be there all day. The package never came in that time frame. So what is the point of scheduling a appointment for delivery if you are going to deliver it whenever you want anyway. If a package needs signed for you should stick to tgat time. You can't expect someone to wait around all day for it, especially if you scheduled an appointment.

Drove through my yard and got their vehicle stuck. Had to be towed out. I was given a fake number but managed to find the manager, Andre, who told me to get estimates and then ignored all calls and texts. I got a hold of the store who also told me to send estimates to Janell. She is now not responding to me. Hundreds of dollars worth of damage. I sent pictures, dates, the vehicle license plate and driver name as well as estimates that I’ve had to have updated 3 times. I have been trying to resolve this for 6 months now.

Nobody can tell me where my packages are!!! I was supposed to have 5 packages delivered. I have called the number provided several times, I was hung up on three times, then get someone on the phone who was about as useless as the times I was hung up on. I was told I would have to drive an hour away to the shipment center to get in touch with anyone who would know about my packages. HOW DOES FEDEX STILL EXIST WITH THIS TYPE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE?!

What happened to the express part. Everytime a shipment comes through Hagerstown, MD it is delayed! Everytime! Change your name if you're not going to delivery promptly.

Destroyed my property. I had a driver drive through my property and get stuck to the point he needed to be towed out. it left huge divots in my lawn. I have been trying for 6 months to get this taken care of and all I have gotten is a fake number from the driver, the manager (whom I had to cold call to find) not responding, I managed to find the store after a lot of research and they are also not responding. I've gotten several estimates and updated estimates as requested and they are going unanswered. I have horses on my property and they could be severely injured. I have tried to be patient and polite but 6 months of nothing is a long time and this is unacceptable.
