Very expensive. I use UPS services instead. They have the same services; ship, wrap, print, email your print jobs, pics, color print, books etc. Check out UPS on Longmeadow The cost is about 70% less expensive.

Building has easy access and is clean. Wish they would hire more staff so I didn't have to wait so long for service.

Driver routinely drives by house and states that she made an attempt; however, we have cameras which show her not making any delivery attempts. This is not the first time that said driver as done this yet FedEx does nothing to resolve this issue. FedEx customer service just talks circles around the issues and has done nothing. FedEx is a complete waste and I will never do business with them again. Also received a notification that package was out for delivery when it never made it on the truck. We wasted an entire day waiting for this package and it was never communicated that it wasn’t on the truck. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I realize this is primarily a drop off site but you would think they could stock/supply a FedEx envelope for a customer. Disappointed.
