Check engine light came on before I even got home. Had a recall that was never taken care of. Three days later, got the car back. Now the car is overheating, cracked radiator.

Bought a truck it shut off less then 12 hours after purchase no md inspection proof during paperwork got truck back after 4ish days and it had a WV temp tag for a MD resident it shut down again on way home i paid out of pocket for tow and rental about 1200$ not counting days missed from work and the gas to drive from cumberland to hagerstown muiltiple times. They only gave me 15350 from my trade in 250 for the tow and the 15,000 cash downpayment then was told if i return to the lot i would be arrested for tresspassing. I will be contacting my lawer after the holiday...

Highly recommend Fast Lane car sales!! My husband and I have been looking to upgrade to a bigger vehicle as our family is growing, and Mike Gooden and Andy were the best to work with!! They both stayed an hour after close (on a Saturday!) to make sure all of our needs were taken care of, and we got to leave with our new vehicle! We had a great experience and could not be more happy with our purchase.

Mike Gooden was a great salesman to work with. Mike did his best to get me the best deal possible and even stayed over business hours by an hour just to ensure that I can drive off the lot today. He’s been the best salesman I’ve personally worked with. I highly recommend seeing Mike and I will be coming back to get my wife a new vehicle from here!
