I am very impressed by this hotel, we stayed for three nights and had absolutely no complaints. We stay at hotels often all across the country, and this one is among the best we've ever stayed at! Started the first day with a wonderful breakfast, shoutout to the young man in breakfast who obviously cares about his job, I wish I had gotten his name. He was very pleasent, It was a busy weekend but he kept things clean and well stocked, he made a very good first impression! The room was comfortable and clean, with very attentive housekeepers and pleasent front desk staff, there's even a gym and pool area! Highly recommend this hotel if you're ever in the area.

Makaela is one of the nicest associate here, she is an example for anyone who is planning to make a mark in this industry. This hotel is probably the best hotel amongst Fairfield by Marriott Inn and Suites. We did not hear any noise during the night even though our room was pretty close to the elevator. This is one of the few hotels that is still providing daily housekeeping.
Bonvoy members are treated rightly here. We got our upgrade and were treated very warmly.
Comfortable bed, huge guest bedroom, larger than others.
Temperature control pool, excellent variety in hot buffet breakfast, they have gluten free options as well and a microwave to warm up anything you want.
Close to lots of attractions, food and gas options, and premium outlets.
Safety: Safe and secure.

I would recommend staying here if you are in Hagerstown MD.

We just stayed the weekend there for the LAST time. Our room was basically falling apart. First of all the TV didn’t work, it wouldn’t even turn on. I started to close the drapes before going out in the evening, the screw in the drape handle fell down to the floor. The bathroom door handle fell off but my brother was able to put the screw back in. We reported all these issues to the front desk. After several attempts to fix the tv the manager did offer us another room or to discount our room but by that time we were ready to go out and hated to make the tie up another room. They gave us $19 off our 2 night stay. WOW really people that’s the best you could do? I’m never staying there again or any other Marriott!!!!

We want to thank the staff at the Fairfeild Marriott in Hagarstown Maryland for finding and arranging for the return of my jacket which I left in my room when we stayed there on April 9, 2024. We could not return to retrieve it. With help from Sandra and Emma my jacket was returned to my home today in perfect condition. Well done team.

Great hotel, very clean. Beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is pretty much what you’d expect at this level of hotel, but it’s free. My only downside to this hotel is the location. You’re not super close to any food/shopping and there’s no walking anywhere, but you are close to the interstate if you’re staying here on a road trip. If the location is no issue, then this hotel is a fantastic choice.
