Matt came out to tow my vehicle yesterday. There was great communication. Service was quick and on time as promised. Matt was very friendly and helpful. I would request him specifically again!!!

My insurance provider connected me with an unspecified towing company, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.Fortunately, Matt’s kindness quickly turned around what was initially an unfamiliar (this was my first time getting my car towed!) and stressful situation. Due to a last minute change to my towing destination, Matt had to transport me and my vehicle 20+ minutes in the opposite direction. Despite it being the end of his day, he was both professional and personable.Thank you, Matt, for being patient with me given the circumstances and helping me out in a pinch!

USE THIS COMPANY! We are not from the area (Michigan) and we broke down the day before Easter and this company was quick to get to us, towed us where we wanted to go even though we changed our minds twice. Haley and Conner were so fantastic, their loving personality and quickness to get to you and take care of us is unmatched! If I were from the area I would call them every time because I know that in my time of crazy, Haley and Conner will take great care of us and our vehicle! Other reviews say their customer service is terrible and that cannot be more far from the truth!! Haley drove all the way out to us as well just to drive us where we needed to go and Conner went out of his way to call his brother who was a mobile mechanic and gave him a heads up that we would be calling. I know this review is long but I hope it helps others realize that this company is legit and wonderful. Great people. =)

Just wanted to thank Charlie from Eichelbergers Towing for helping me out today. We were stranded in Hagerstown this morning and he saved the day. Charlie was on time, courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. He towed our vehicle to the dealership and made sure everything was good before he left. I can’t recommend this towing company enough. Thank you again Charlie!!!

Service was fast and prompt! Connor the driver was very friendly even going out his way to help find a simple filler cap that prevented me from driving which he did find and replaced for me! Thank you Connor!

Eichelberger's has been my go to towing service for years. They've always treated me right and today was no exception. Conner the driver was on time, friendly, and very informative. I recommend them to anybody and everybody. Great service, great people.

I had a great experience with Eichelberger's Towing. They arrived right on time, quickly got my car set up on the tow truck, and parked it perfectly right where I needed it. They were very affordable and friendly and I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing a tow in the area. ?

I thought my car battery died. Turns out it was the terminal that and corroded away. Thanks to Jay, I knew what was wrong. He stayed with me and went out of his way to make sure I had a plan to get my car fixed. I live 2 hrs away and couldn't afford the over $500 fee to have it towed home. I had a family member drive over an hour away to fix it. Jay was very friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate to my situation. I'm so thankful for him! He went out of his way to make sure I was ok until I could get help. Thank you!

The ONLY local towing company I will use or recommend again! The owners are the most wonderful people you could hope to meet. They genuinely care about you and will do whatever they can to help you out. I called Hallie in a panic because I locked myself out of my running car on my way to work. Despite juggling her own crazy morning, Hallie immediately dispatched her amazing driver, Kasey to save the day! Kasey arrived less than 30 minutes after I first called Hallie, and I was pulling out of my driveway 5 minutes later! Kasey was very kind, professional, and most importantly, prompt! I was blown away at the incredible service I got from every person I have interacted with in this company. I am so so so grateful to have such a reliable, competent, and wonderful resource to help bail me out when I need it most. Thank you again to Hallie, Kasey, and everyone else at Eichelberger Towing! You're the best!! ?❤️

Amazing people, Charlie was really nice and quick to pickup my vehicle even though he was 130 miles away!!! Charged a reasonable and affordable fee and was very professional.I recommend this place and they are now in my contacts in case i need an emergency tow.

On 10/9/2023 I had my 2013 Nissan Frontier towed to Hamilton Nissan for some engine work. The driver, Kimberly took photographs of the vehicle before putting it on the flatbed and then started to strap it down. On the drivers front tire I heard a loud PSSSS and asked what that noise was. She advised she had knocked the tire valve cap off and couldn't get it back on. I couldn't see what it was from my angle on the ground and she asked for tape to secure it until it got to the dealership. I assumed all was ok as she didn't make it seem it was bad. An hour later, my service advisor called to ask me what happened as the whole tire was flat. I told him what happened and he stated she didn't "knock off" the cap, she tore the entire sensor from the stem. I called the location and spoke to the 'operations manager' JD who advised I was naive if I thought my dealership was being honest and not price gouging me. I conferenced in the dealership and he was rude and beligerent with the service advisor, calling him a cheat and accusing him and the whole dealership of price gouging. He has refused to make this situation right to date. Do not recommend. I am not sure who JD's supervisor is, but I sincerely hope they take him to task for insulting and demeaning a customer. This is ONLY 1 star because they wouldn't let me post without giving at least one.

I had a tow scheduled for Saturday morning between 9am-10am it was a disaster of a simple tow from our home to a 7 minute drop off to the repair shop. They picked up my car and when we asked do you know where to drop off the car his response was " I think so" Hugh red flag. They dropped the car off to another repair shop even though they had the name and location of the correct shop. I call Eichelberger Towing to find out where they took my car and I said you had the correct repair shop information and location he lied and said he didn't which isn't true at all as I received the service request and location on my phone. Finally my car was delivered at 11am this morning with no call back from Euchelberger towing. I called the repair shop and they informed us that the tow company left my car on the street and proceeded to drop the keys off at the front desk. BEWARE of this towing company they're HORRIBLE! we will never let them tow any cars of ours again. We passed this information on to everyone.

JD was excellent! Very respectful and wonderful group of individuals but I personally was helped by JD. He confronted the auto body repair shop for things they were charging me for that they had no business charging me for. he didn’t have to do that. He could’ve just picked up the car and moved it to the spot. I needed him to. He’s a person type of person, very admirable 10 out of 10.
