This has to be my worst experience ever ordering online. I placed an online order yesterday morning at 6:30am for an edible arrangement and paid $19.99 for same day delivery. I have called MULTIPLE times yesterday and today to no avail. Not only did my arrangement not come yesterday but as of now it’s still not delivered. The charge is still pending and no arrangement. I left a message with no response. I’ve called the automated line and said my order was received. Needless to say I will never order from this company again. Never count on them for a special holiday as they will definitely disappoint you. Not so happy Valentine’s Day!! :(I still have not been credited with the $127 that I paid for the undelivered ordered. How can a business get away with this?Thanks to the Edible arrangement customer service for refunding my money!

Was not delivered. No attempt at communication was made by the store. I tried calling but never got a call back. Had to cancel my order. Will be seeking a similar service elsewhere in the future. Do not recommend.

If I could give zero stars I would. Paid the 19.99 delivery fee on Valentine's and my order was not delivered until after 630pm and this was a business address. It states on their website these are no later than 5pm. Also ruined the surprise for my husband as I had to ask him if these were delivered before he left work as their website would not update all day for the status. Order was not even correct and the fruit was less than desirable. You would think for being a company that uses fruit for what they make, that the quality would be the best. I am so upset that I paid almost 100 dollars for my order and we ended up throwing all of the chocolate covered strawberries away when they had sprinkles, which I specifically ordered to not have sprinkles. My husband I do not like them this way. I will never order from edible arrangements again! I also have tried to contact the store 3 times and NO ONE will call me back. What happened to customer service and respect for quality of your work.

I paid $165 dollars for a Valentines Day bundle and my order was never delivered. Come to find out, my order was never even made. I tried to contact the store and see what happened but, I cannot get a hold of anyone. I tried Hagerstown, Winchester and even their corporate office. No one answered and I was continually hung up on by their automated calling system.Like most of us, I paid extra to have it delivered on a specific date...which never came. I ended up asking for a refund because my order was not successfully delivered on our agreed day. I received an email after asking for the refund stating the Hagerstown manager would contact me, which no one at this point.If someone does not contact me soon, I will be forced to contact my bank and file a charge back.

WORST customer service ever! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. My husband ordered me flowers and chocolate covered strawberries to be delivered at my work place today. He called and was told they would deliver by 5. I never received before leaving work. Called work they still have not been delivered. Can't get ahold of the place. My husband even paid extra to make sure this was delivered before 5. Will continue to stick to local flower shop after this fiasco. This place truly ruined a surprise.

Fruits were bad and the flowers was worse. Was a gift for my girlfriend for her birthday she absolutely loved it, but hated everything about it.

This was just a very unprofessional experience. My husband worked so hard on keeping his order a secret from me. He ordered me an arrangement and 6 chocolate covered strawberries because the location refused to make any special requests on our order. I believe if the customer is requesting a change and offering to pay extra it shouldn’t be that hard to make accommodations accordingly. This store called me to make sure that I was home for the delivery even though my husband told them I would be because they “didn’t want to waste the gas to come to me” if I wasn’t home, they ruined the surprise. That is what the voicemail to me said. I was going to let that slide but our order looked like they put no care at all into it. The decorations did not look at all like advertised and two of my 6 strawberries were rotten! Pictures below! Get it together edible arrangements your gifts are overpriced already but to get an overpriced arrangement with rotten fruit…. Bad service for sure.

I wish I could give zero stars for this location. I placed an order on May 3rd, to be delivered on May 16th for my sister’s birthday. Plenty of time, was not a last minute order. The day that the arrangement was supposed to be delivered, the online tracking was less than helpful and went half the day without updating. I tried calling the store multiple times and no one would ever answer. Left a message and never received a response. My arrangement did not get delivered on the 16th. No update from the store, no explanation, no reasoning for the delay. I tried to cancel my order online and still never got a response. The arrangement was finally delivered on the 17th, late in the afternoon. Couldn’t even have been in the morning. Still no explanation or phone call, and no one answers phone calls at this store. Have used Edible Arrangements at different locations prior to this and have never had any other issues. Would never recommend using this store.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! If I could give NO stars I would! Worst customer service ever!!! My daughters father ordered her an edible arrangement for her for Valentine’s Day. It was supposedly delivered on the 15th. THE ORDER NEVER CAME. We were there all day waiting. We called the business, no answer all day, left messages and received no calls back. The following day we finally reached someone and they said they would resend it out with a balloon for the inconvenience. GUESS WHAT IT NEVER CAME!! It was showing as delivered again.. my daughters grandmother was home with the door open waiting for the delivery. I called and reached someone at the business claiming the drivers car broke down and he walked the arrangement to the house, and dropped it off at the address to a little girl. MY DAUGHTER WAS NOT HOME. No one came to deliver anything. The women on the phone said the driver is new and she would get the delivery out to me again if she had to deliver it herself. She reassured me she would call me back. Do you think I received a call back? NO. I called multiple times with no answer. These people are scammers and liars. We never received the product or a refund. I will be going to corporate and the better business bureau to file a complaint. Call me “Karen”

Hagerstown store is ran by incompetent people. I do not recommend. Told me they would deliver today. I paid. No delivery. No common decency to call earlier in the day to say it couldn’t happen. I will never return for business, and will talk everyone I know into not doing business with you either

I would give zero stars if I could. If you want your special surprise delivered even SOMEWHAT around the time you requested, don’t order from here. They disregarded the delivery window I set, missed the business hours for who the surprise was for, and ruined the special surprise. After speaking with the amazing doordash driver, she delivered it to her home. The fruit was no longer fresh and the chocolate was dripping off. We called customer service and was told it was our fault and since we didn’t deny the delivery and she got her product, they weren’t going to issue a refund or anything. We will never order edible arrangements again. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend.
