The automated system is so dumb. You can never just fill the one perception you need without going thru all available perception there is to refill. Then when you try to talk to someone it takes even longer to get to them.

Drive thru is never open. Staff don’t know what they’re doing. Take for.ever. Waited in line for 45 minutes with my sick 1 yr old. Disconnect the phones so you can’t even call in. Switching pharmacies. Meds are never ready. Uuh they just b playing behind that counter

Terrible experience. This store is worse than the Greencastle store. Can't get medications and thinking I would get better service I'd give them a chance and have RX's transferred. Didn't happen. Would give you a 0 .

Clean store, nice sales if have a loyalty card. Pharmacy a bit slow!, namely because they usually have only one register open with 2 closed registers.

I have always had issues with this pharmacy but now….you close the entire pharmacy every singe day for lunch??? I mean I get that employees deserve a break - obviously I am all for that. But why not rotate? This is a little beyond ridiculous

I got here and there was a line outside the door, turns out these clowns changed their hours again and forgot to notify Google or their CVS website. I get inside and there is nobody at the registers. One employee dragging their feet around and rolled her eyes when I asked her to check me out on a register because it was cough medicine and required ID.

Google says the store opens at 8am. I’m sitting in the parking lot and the doors are locked. It’s 8:35am. I guess the employees did not want to show up today.

I went to CVS to get a vaccine and was told that I couldn't get it unless I had an appointment. I stood there and tried to make an appointment. The app gave me a lot of places where I could get the vaccine but not the one I was standing in. The pharmacy technician helped me with the app to locate the store. I made the appointment that was in 2 hours. So-- I left and came back to get the vaccine. It was very inconvenient for me, but it was probably better for the pharmacist.

This CVS always has my prescriptions available pretty quickly. Love their rewards deals. If you get a $3 - $4 coupons use it, buy something inside the store or online.

The Pharmacy is a disaster. There isn't an associate yet that has had any semblance of customer service, let alone empathy. The phone system is useless and if, after over an hour, you can manage to actually speak to a human being, he/she/they are unable to answer questions about medications that were submitted for refill days prior. Prescriptions that used to be same day refills are now taking up to a week to fill (not due to lack of medication, but due to poor staffing). If your life is dependent on medications, I wouldn't recommend you refill them here.

Pro tip: Change your store hours on line to avoid irate customers. I write this as I sit outside of your business at 615 on a Sunday. Online says your open til 7 but, sure enough, the doors were locked.

It has a long line for the pharmacy. Also sometimes they will not have your medication in stock.
