Pharmacist said it would be a moment, so we said take your time. She proceeded to walk out front and smoke a cigarette. Were not helped until she went back inside 20 minutes later.

Slowest CVS pharmacy in Maryland. I waited 43 minutes for someone to put a tube of ointment in a bag. I get that pharmacies are busy - especially retail pharmacies, but this is complete stupidity.

Horrible experience today at pharmacy. Was just in line to pick up my medication, the associate helping the guest in front of me asked her peers for help so I could be waited on, the other girls behind the counter ignored her, two minutes later the young African American lady with a hoody on covering her head told me they were closing for lunch, I said so I can’t pick up my prescription- it’s 1:29 and she said no we are going to lunch. Seriously CVS!!! You can do better than this

I was out of town and needed a medication urgently. The pharmacist seemed friendly on the phone and she quickly filled my prescription. My refill stated 30 x 10mg tablets and I received only 10 x 10mg tablets. In other words, I was shorted 20 tablets and the pharmacist made no mention of this to me during consultation. This is not ok.

They’re backlogged 3 days for prescriptions but after I explained it was supposed to be ready last night Laura a technician was able to help me in an emergency and filed my wife’s prescription right away she was very polite and professional she herself earned this failing cvs a 5 star

Not veteran friendly, I got a prescription from the va hospital, I got here at 11am and it is now 1242 and I’m still waiting for them to call the va and confirm my status. Total waste of my time. I will be going somewhere else

The automated system is so dumb. You can never just fill the one perception you need without going thru all available perception there is to refill. Then when you try to talk to someone it takes even longer to get to them.

Drive thru is never open. Staff don’t know what they’re doing. Take for.ever. Waited in line for 45 minutes with my sick 1 yr old. Disconnect the phones so you can’t even call in. Switching pharmacies. Meds are never ready. Uuh they just b playing behind that counter

Terrible experience. This store is worse than the Greencastle store. Can't get medications and thinking I would get better service I'd give them a chance and have RX's transferred. Didn't happen. Would give you a 0 .

Clean store, nice sales if have a loyalty card. Pharmacy a bit slow!, namely because they usually have only one register open with 2 closed registers.
