Wow! I can't say enough good things about Timothy at CVS. I went in looking for something specific, but couldn't find it anywhere. When I asked Timothy, he kindly informed me that they might not carry it, but he still took the time to direct me to where it would be if they did. Even though I left empty-handed, I was blown away when halfway to my car, Timothy chased me down to let me know he had actually found some in a different location!
His dedication and willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me. In an age where customer service can sometimes feel like an afterthought, Timothy's proactive approach and genuine care were a breath of fresh air. I never expected such exceptional service, especially from a CVS. I'm incredibly grateful for his assistance and felt compelled to thank him publicly for his outstanding efforts. Timothy's exceptional service has earned CVS a loyal customer in me. Thank you, Timothy!

Worst experience at a CVS. Went in in the evening to pick up 2 prescriptions I had been notified were filled. Except no one at the pharmacy ran them through my insurance and when I went to pick them up they refused because it was too close to close. They told me to come back in the morning and when I did one of the prescriptions was no longer filled. Both of my medications were antibiotics and because of multiple failures of the pharmacy I could not get the medicine needed to fight my infection.

The CVS employees took several years to finaly take me serious about my prescription being covered by my insurance. Years ago they made a mistake while putting my insurance information into their system and everytime I told them it wasn't right because the prescription is covered they said I was wrong and forced me to pay out of pocket even though I had proof my insurance covered the prescription. I couldn't go without the medication so there was nothing I could do since they wouldn't listen to me. After all this time one employee finally listened and fixed the incorrect information. It isn't fair that I was forced to pay out of pocket when the insurance company has the paperwork to prove it should have been covered this whole time. Now that it has been resolved it still doesn't sit right with me that they refuse to reimburse me for the past several years of being forced to pay for something that should have been free.

I tried to call this location twice and was on hold for 20 min each time. I used the online portal to transfer an important medication to this pharmacy due to insurance. I came in and two associates claimed to have no record and were extremely rude. They were not willing to help me or call my pharmacy and walked away from me at the counter. This location needs a full overturn of pharmacy staff! Never met such rude and disrespectful people in charge of such an important thing.

Waiting time is too long, they never answer the phone for the pharmacy. Even when you call in your prescription the day before. Poor customer service at the counter today, lady telling me it's an half hr wait n she's not sure that medication is here. Whats the sense of calling a day before and of course her attitude sucks.After waiting and getting a message that my medication is ready this same person (rochelle) has the audacity to tell me I wasn't waiting were I was suppose to so I have to rejoin the Queue. Did u give me any waiting instructions? NO n if u did I'm not a child... your attitude stinks from the jump and you should not be dealing with customers period!!!

Seeing the other reviews, now I know why I was cycled on their phone for over an hour and never once spoke to a person. No worries, be there tomorrow and we can talk about it in person why the staff at this CVS is too incompetent to answer a phone.

All the pharmacy’s are a waste of time you can’t get a hold of anyone over the phone to check about medication or anything you will be on hold for over an hour if you try waiting for someone to answer the phone. The lines in the pharmacy are always 10-20 people long

A simple prescription drop off took over 30 minutes when it should have taken no more than 5 minutes. Pharmacy phone constantly rings and no one will answer it. I've tried to call there before as well and have never had anyone answer a phone call.

I am so disappointed in this CVS on Dual Highway, normally they are prompt with my prescriptions, this time is different. My doctor called in for several prescriptions on November 2nd, I have yet to receive my medication and no one answers the phone, the recording let's me know that I have 5 prescriptions. Today is November 9th, I have been waiting on an asthma pump, and antibiotics for a bronchitis infection, what in the world, I'm glad this wasn't an extreme emergency, I probably would be in the hospital. I'm sure they are busy but get some help if you are that backed up. This is ridiculous, I can't heal if I don't have the medication. I think I am going to change pharmacies after this fiasco. ?Disappointed customer Teresa

I had my prescriptions sent here and they told me they needed to contact my doctor for a different one, but to call if I had any concerns. I did, three separate times, and was on hold for over fifteen minutes before I had to disconnect. Impossible to get ahold of, terrible customer service.

Being on hold for 2 hours is complete craziness. I understand being busy but leaving someone on hold for 2 hours is nonsense. Transferring prescriptions to another pharmacy.
