This pharmacy has been under staffed for more than 3 months absolutely uncalled for. Management needs to do a better job of hiring or get their self on the floor. And let me make myself clear when I say Management I mean store Management, district and regional. Your staff is suffering in there. I have been waiting four days now for my medication to be filled. I work in health care and I know if I didnt have something completed in 24hrs I would be in trouble.

Terrible service, They don’t answer the phones, They are so understaffed, you don’t get your medication for days and they simply could care less about customer service, Time for me to find a new pharmacy, It’s been like this for many months.Rude and uncaring !

Unbelievable! If I could give zero stars, they would qualify for it. My Dr. called in my prescriptions (5) last Wednesday, which was five days ago!! CVS corporate, get it together!

Woulda been nice to know y’all close the pharmacy at 6.. webpage says 9. Got there at 845 rushing after work thinking I could get my family’s scripts.. guess I’ll have to wait two more days waiting for our refills.

0 stars. This is the worst pharmacy location I have ever experienced. I have been a loyal CVS customer for 7+ years. My experience today was the icing on the cake and I will never go there again. I had two prescriptions called in from a doctor on Friday around 2pm. I waited all weekend for the CVS app to say it was ready for pickup. When I got off work today, Monday, the prescription was still not ready. I called and waited on hold my entire hour drive home from work and no one ever picked up. When I arrived at the pharmacy at 4:50pm, there was a long line in the drive thru and inside. I waited in the inside line until 5:10 before talking to a lady at the pharmacy desk. I explained that the prescriptions were sent in on Friday and it had been over 72 hours and they were still not filled. She responded by telling me they would not be able to fill them today. Keep in mind the CVS pharmacy does not close until 6pm which would give her 40 minutes to get the two prescriptions ready. There were at least 10 other people that had already been helped and were waiting for prescriptions to be filled this evening by the pharmacy. When she refused to fill my medications, I spoke to the front store manager about my concerns and he told me they are over 1500 prescriptions behind and I would have to wait like everyone else. He repeatedly told me they are short staffed and there was nothing they could do and multiple other customers have been frustrated by the situation as well. He was not helpful whatsoever and had an attitude just like the lady at the pharmacy desk. I will be calling my doctor tomorrow and taking my business to a completely different chain of pharmacy because this situation is ridiculous.

This place has gone down hill drastically. Their customer service processes need to be reevaluated and streamlined. Employees need to be retrained in efficiency and empathy.

Combined over 1 hour on hold for pharmacy... finally called front of store while still on hold lovely lady helped at least get answers but clearly just letting phone ring never answering line for sick customers to find out what's hold up with prescription...front clerk got some bogus answer they didn't have all of prescription so now go without for over two days ...if there is an issue customer needs to know immediately to make other arrangements ...partially fill at least as this med could not be missed in dosages...now I will hold CVS responsible for any adverse affects due to their negligence in contacting the customer with information of.not.enough on hand ....no wonder Wilson St walked out what a joke anymore worse pharmacy EVER. Service has declined so badly only junkies and pill heads can keep.them in business now they don't care about real illness anymore just junkies they created. You should be ashamed ...but sadly your not.

My mom has been using this location for months and there is a problem almost every time she tries to get her meds. She has been without for days now and CVS just does not care. They won't even pick up the phone. Terrible place.

although others have had poor experiences with the staff, they are always kind to me and try to help. however, this place is ALWAYS extremely short staffed and my meds are never ready on time. once they are “ready” i still have to wait 30 minutes once i get to the store. every time i send my scripts to this pharmacy i end up going days or even a couple weeks without my meds, which have pretty nasty withdrawal symptoms. if you’re able to, send your scripts to ANYWHERE else.

3Aug.2023 First and last time will I ever go here. The two men working were more concerned about their conversation than being polite to a customer. As soon as they acknowledged me, they went right back to talking and didn’t bother to say have a good day or you’re welcome.

When I was having trouble with self checkout I was met with an aggressive snapping turtle of a lady. She was an older women with blonde/white hair pulled in the tightest onion bun I've ever seen. God forbid anyone need to be rang up at the register, you'll be met with this hostile, angry creature! Beware.

If I could give 0 stars I would have. I waited in drive thru for 15 minutes and when I pull up the pharmacy was closed. I was in line prior to their lunch closing time. All cars before me were waited on. I think it is ridiculous that you do not wait on the cars that are already in line beforehand. Also medications are never ready when promised. Definitely will be switching pharmacies because I understand things can occasionally happen but it seems every time I go there the service is getting worse and the employees do not seem to care.
