Waited one hour while they tried to figure out my son’s medication. The issue is that it needs to be kept cold and they brought it out where it sat on the counter that entire time. Two thumbs down.

Terrible customer service! I had to call them and was on hold for over a half an hour and the pharmacy staff never answered my call.

The pharmacy staff are extremely unprofessional and trashy. Always out of every medication. It’s clear that a professional/knowledgeable pharmacy staff at this location is not a priority for the corporation.

Always used this area for almost 3yrs now for picking up meds and been using their drive Tru until this few mos after their renovation which is nice specially in pharmacy, but the thing is no drive Tru anymore which is it does helps for people before that already so sick to stand on line inside. Hopefully they will operate again in drive Tru and since they don't answer call anymore so difficult to follow up and ask, though you can download an apps to check your meds if it's ready, but what about for old people don't know so much technology? Or don't know how to use the apps and not techy. Hopefully they do something for this. Thanks

This place is TRASH!! I wish they never closed down the one on Wesel Blvd. I picked up a prescription for my daughter's ear infection (she never had one before) when we got home I noticed the seal was open and called the pharmacy numerous times to confirm if that was okay or not. I called and was on hold for 32 minutes!!!! We had to drive all the way back to the pharmacy just to get someone to help. I spoke with SANDY the pharmacist and he had no regard for me being on hold for over a half n hour and told me sometimes the phone don't work. So a simple question that could've been answered over the phone I had to get in my car in the cold with my ear infected toldder just to get answers. This place is TRASH AND SANDY YOU ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! GET THE PHONES FIXED.

Only reason I did not rate a 5 star is due to, I can never get threw to this CVS on a phone call and I wouldn't have to if I didn't have to call CVS then my doc then CVS again just to make sure my meds get filled EVERY MONTH and or I don't ride the whole way to the pharmacy for them to just tell me I need a prior auth

This is one of the worst Pharmacies I've ever been too. Been on hold now for 34 min and I go in there all the time with them literally just staring at the phones and not answering. Don't go to this place at all

This cvs pharmacy has been so slow to get people medication on time when needed..this is going on the 4th day that my child need her med from her Dr asap to help her out and not having it done this is ridiculous and taking over another pharmacy that went out or shut down and still can't keep up on it this is ashame for the old people that need it and kids and adults as well I think you all need to staff and workings completely that care and get stuff on time.ans not mess around this is life we are dealing with and not some.random stuff..and today I go in and get the mess and a lady was waiting for her to.get refill and I heard the guy said to her that he will get to it when he's ready that is ashame they care about themselves but not the customer that is important to the community this has to stop and something need to be done this been going on for months now......

This very slow store will kill a patient or worsen your conditions because it takes forever to get your medication. No sense of responsibility to the patients.
