I scheduled a flu and COVID vaccine appointment for 9AM. Show up on time, only to find out that the pharmacy doesn't open till 10AM. I did go to the pharmacy counter. The employees were talking behind the screen, but no one even acknowledged my existence for a good 3 minutes. When they finally spoke to me, they told me to come back at 10 in a mocking tone. The scheduling error isn't the fault of the store or employees, but they were entirely nasty and unhelpful. Thank you CVS for wasting my time. I will never return to this store or any other CVS store

Choose a different pharmacy. Absolutely incompetent. They don't answer phones or faxes. Prescriptions are either not filled or never received. Can't give less than 1 star or I would

This is the worst pharmacy in Hagerstown! 3 hours to fill medicine for a disabled child with RSV and they didn’t have time! Send to another pharmacy they filled in 20 minutes. Child had bronchitis they couldn’t mix his meds for over 2 hours! What a joke! Go elsewhere don’t waste your time here.

They made a huge mistake with medicine that I need to take daily and then they publicly yelled at me for their error. Inefficient and rude always. And this is about health care. They should be shut down.

Some staff are very nice but the rude ones are horrible. They are not timely in filling prescriptions.

Up until 5/5/22 I never new This Store CVS on 10 E. Willison Boulevard has a pharmacist who is very very rude, racist , discriminative, unprofessional very good at humiliating people with color, no customer service attitude. This man will drive away customers with his behavior. My first experience with CVS insurance from my job, and CAREMARK which I personally have with them for a while.. I went in store to pick up my prescriptions which was basically vitamins and Flonase etc, they had the medications on generic. Unfortunately I had complications in the past with generic medications so I explain to the tech who was attending to me, very nice lady and professional, she plan ordering the Flonase for later pick up which I agreed, then another tech came from the store and said I can get it off the counter for the same cost. I explain I had insurance and not able to use so it will be double money. Suddenly the pharmacist came to drive me away, told me they are very busy "I should leave, can use another pharmacy if I like", stated I shouldn't come harassing them. I was shock because there was nothing like yelling or raising of voices we were talking no one in line only myself and the staff. The tech attending to me was shock she said mum is there anything I can do for you Those ladies were very nice but I don't know what was going on with this guy pharmacist, I placed placed a phone call to the pharmacist 2 days prior to going to the store to get some information and in the process he behaved the same way and hung up the call on me, I ignore the behavior until I went for pick up and he did same. I have never in my life being subjected to such humiliation and insulted like this pharmacist did. My best understanding he hate people with color does not want them in the store. I will have to cancel all insurances i have with them and look for other pharmacy who treat and care for their customers. My health matter to me not because I also work in healthcare. Please don't miss judge us CVS, America is better than this. Pat K.

This is the worst place to get a prescription filled. I never write reviews but after years of attempting to pick up prescriptions at this pharmacy I'm at my wits end. I am never able to pick up a prescription called in by my physician on the first try. They never have it ready. Sometimes they look at me blankly and I know they haven't even retrieved it off their voicemail system. This often happens even if I wait a day or two to pick up a prescription. I always plan on making a second visit since I know it won't be ready the first time. So disappointing because the CVS name should be associated with competence and a trusted source for healthcare. I think I've finally had enough since they don't have a very common antibiotic ready for my daughter that was called in to them by our dentist HOURS ago. I'm moving on.

Staff is rude and unprofessional. It's as if you being there just annoys them, and they make it obvious they are dissatisfied with their employment there. Today, I had to go 3 times just to pick up my prescriptions, which should have been ready or easy to fill compared to others. I only use this location because of convenience and coverage but I am definitely looking elsewhere.
