Since Covid the wait is too long and the drive thru is never opened. I chose cvs because of the drive thru but I can save more money walking into martins to pick it up. I’d prefer a drive thru so I guess I have to change pharmacies now

Terrible customer service; can't even talk to a human being....on hold 30 minutes and can't get a response!!! WTF! Much needed refill held up by their non approved assumption then have to wait 24 hours!
