One of the worst branches ever. The staff is not professional and very rude. I came in for service to open a new account and no one wanted to address me as I was standing there. There was a guy texting on his cellphone while ignoring me until I said something and then he was like my name is Robbie and I am a universal banker. At that point I am frustrated with the service in the beginning. I decided to just leave and go to a PNC bank instead.
