Took off work to accept a delivery of a mini split unit. Suppose to show 8-1000 in morning never showed. Said driver did not have a lift gate. They were told that we had a fork lift at the site. Wasted a whole day off from work. I will never use this company again. And if anyone asks I will not recommend them either.

We had driver Chase Shaw pick up a shipment for us and he went above and beyond using critical thinking skills picking up from a rather tough pickup or not easy pick up location. The world needs more Chase's. Thank you Chase
