I recently had to call Bowers Insurance with an emergency need for a copy of my insurance card. The staff was extremely responsive and helpful. They had a copy to me in less than 5 minutes!! I would say that’s Top Notch client service!!

Horrible experience with this agency. I was with insurance first and Bob Plant who sold his portfolio. They do not care about their customers and their response time to issues is terrible. Cannot wait to get away from them. I could care less what I pay at the next agency as long as I’m away from these jokers.
