I love boost Mobile I have been with them since 2009 I think not once have I even got bad service and I love the fact that if your late it doesn't go against your credit you just put the money on when you get the money I just like them alot

The best Boost mobile customer service in the area. Aaron is excellent, I highly recommend, boost mobile needs more people like Aaron. For a month I have been trying to solve a problem that someone from Boost mobil created, I have been to three Boost mobil stores in Hagerstown, I have called Boost mobile customer service, and I have spoken to more than 20 agents and managers over this month, and no one could solve the problem so, I want to give one more try at this location, and a guy name Aaron , solved the problem in 10 minutes.

I'm not very good with Modern Technology and this is also true with Cell Phones . So when I went into your store I had a lot of questions, all which were answered in a very polite and professional manner . The gentleman that helped me was named Brandon and he was very courteous and extremely helpful . He went over the details about my new phone and talked to me about the different plans and which ones may suit me best . After leaving with my purchase , I felt really good and relieved with my new phone . I will Definitely come back as Brandon was extremely helpful with his knowledge and very courteous with how he helped me.

I went in a year or so ago told the owner I wanted the best phone possible for the best price after having the phone for a while it is the worst phone I've ever had. It wont even stay connected to wifi if my hand is on top of the phone. It is slow and has problems all the time I paid $280 dollars for it he gave me the phone that had his largest profit margins on. I do not recommend anyone does business here go to an honest contractor.

I went to this store on Nov 2 2021 to get help with my phone. I wasn't expecting much help but Thomas was the best! I honestly can't say enough about him. He checked everything on my phone and sat through the entire process of factory resetting my phone. I was on there for a total of about an hour but honestly the time flew by for me. It was totally pleasant and he was professional, courteous and more than helpful. I've never had a good experience with boost mobile staff. I hate to say that but usually they are not interested in my problem and are not very helpful. Thomas, I really hope you see this because you really did save me and I'm so thankful! It would take forever to explain but I hope you get it. And to the employer: THIS MAN DESERVES A RAISE AND POSSIBLY A PROMOTION! The entire time he helped me he was steadily dealing with other customers. Idk how he did it but he managed it all calmly and with equal attention to us all. Also, not related but there was a guy in there who recommended an app to me while I was waiting for my phone to update...he may never see this but I downloaded the app and it's actually extremely helpful! Thanks again and I really hope this gets to Thomas!
