Avoid Best Buy, especially this location.
On March 13th, a refrigerator was delivered to my house directly from Best Buy. They didn't have the notion to investigate the rattling around sound coming from the inside of the fridge, because after they left and I opened the fridge door, 2 of the shelves were completely busted off of the door, as well as a freezer shelf. I immediately contacted Best Buy support, who told me I would have to go to the Garland Groh Best Buy to get the replacement shelves. To no surprise, I drive an hour and a half for absolutely no reason. Jeff Egan, the "Experience Manager" sitting inside the door, told me I would have to call 1-800-BESTBUY and request to have the shelves replaced. So I call this number, only to once again have 0 help. Thankfully, Jeff gave me his business card and told me to reach out to him if I'm still having issues. On March 18th, I emailed him with the serial number for the fridge and told him I had no luck with the support number. I never got a response, so my partner called him a day or two later to ask if he had looked into it, just for Jeff to speak to her in a condescending and unprofessional tone. It could not be any more obvious that he was annoyed by the phone call. Jeff says he will update us when he gets any updates, but that never happened. We constantly had to email and call Jeff to get any sort of response. I emailed him on March 25th, asking for an update, two weeks after the fridge had been delivered, to which he replied that it would be another week. A week passed by, and I finally got the shelves delivered to my house, and I only received 2/3 replacement shelves. We called Jeff and told him that we were still missing a shelf. Days go by with no update, I emailed on April 16th, stating that it had been over a month since the delivery date, and I still don't have all my replacement shelves, hoping there would be a sense of urgency and an understanding that I am getting annoyed with the lack of support. 3 days later, on April 19th, I received an email that there was an issue ordering the last shelf, and they may have to try another method. I replied and confirmed for Jeff which shelf it was that still needed to be replaced. Today is July 17th, I never received the last shelf I needed. It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, but this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Just another large company that does not care about the customer, after they already get your money. I will no longer buy anything from Best Buy after this experience.

Went shopping for a laptop in Hagerstown, MD, and was assisted at times by three different associates. I doubt any were computer experts, but they possessed sufficient knowledge to answer my questions. I knew, in general, what I wanted. They helped me narrow down the laptops to those meeting my criteria, enabling me to make an informed choice.

Store employee I spoke with was not very customer oriented or helpful. Lots of excuses why it was taking so long. I also showed the associate the price of the dryer I purchased had gone down by $75.00 he said I would have to come back after 24 hours when the transaction was in the system to get the price credited. I live 1 1/2 hour drive from the store not practicle to make another trip.

Trying to get any information out of these people on the phone is impossible. They are probably in a tent in India to start with. You can barely understand what they are saying and they are total idiots. Do not deal with this company. This is what happens when other countries make your products.

Fabiana nogales at the best buy on garland groh is very unprofessional and rude, she wouldn't honor a sale item today, today was the last day for the sale item an she would not honor it, Even after me being on the phone with corporate telling her an me both that she could, I had a screenshot showing that the sale was for today an she simply just said no, she was very as a matter of fact an arrogant, an best buy is ripping there customers off an they don't care.. in today's world every little bit counts, i was lied to by fabiana nogales an another male employee about the last day of the sale, they said it was may 27th buy my screenshot proved the sale to be today may 28th an they would not honor it... was kind of business treats there loyal customers this way.. very unprofessional, buyers beware they may be ripping you off as well.. if i could post the screenshot on here I would, the man at the corporate store was baffled that she would not honor the price.. just shows her ignorance an arrogance, I won't be back there an neither will anyone I know, this company makes billions of dollars a year to be over pressed about 40 dollars

This store is a shambles. Been coming here for well over a year and every single time they have problems with their speaker sections. This time they told me they're remodeling sure they are. It's hard to buy a speaker without hearing it first. The staff some are idiots. Others are very nice. I unfortunately got the idiot. If you want speakers or sound bars or surround sound, this is definitely not the place to shop

Very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommended. Especially if you have their membership everything’s warranties for 2 years, can’t beat that. I had a bad experience with a desktop computer, I took it back after a year, they gave me a new computer, brand new. That made my day. I highly recommend this business as an electronic store.

Used my credit card twice at this location. Both times my card was then hacked and had to dispute erroneous charges in Texas and Arizona. Use cash only here.
