The store itself is fine but the employees are trash they are rude and nasty for no reason. This one woman with short red hair was ringing up another woman and was taking forever chit chatting and was well over 15 minutes just for one item before we said anything. Then when we asked how long she said as long as it takes then said you can go to another register in a nasty attitude.

Unquestionably America's worst store of any type. Last 2 times I went in with my wife and everything I looked at said some % off "With Coupon." There was no indication of where to get the coupon, which would have been worthless anyhow because nothing had a price on it. Everything said that you had to look at the "Belk App" in order to find the price from which, I guess, you would then take whatever % off. Just not worth the hassle. My wife didn't buy anything either. NEVER AGAIN!

Clothes on the floor. Clothes not in correct sizes, all mixed up. Makes it hard to shop.

Items are okay. Don’t go if you are expecting a comfortable shopping experience. Lady with blonde hair in the fragrance section thought it was more important to follow me around the store, making ME feel uncomfortable. While numerous people stole. SMH. Will not be back.

Not enough cashiers 2 for the entire store. No one to answer questions re: merchandise. Line of 30 people ,1 register open and bbags that only socks would fit in to place your merchandise in after you've patiently waited to pay. Should have just closed up and stovked the store.

Nicer level department store. Glad we have Belk in our mall. Upgraded level of clothing and merchandise.
