To start it off, I could not hear the lady over her headset, and she kept yelling. When I finally got up to get the ice cream we had ordered, they were very confused about the order, which was fine. She took my card, handed it back, and then walked away. 5 minutes later, a girl walks back to tell me that I owe $4.80 out of my $20 bill. Which is weird, so I gave the same card back to run it again. Come to find out, she ran my card for the car behind us. Instead of trying to find a solution or refund, they just kept saying they didn't know what to do. I said it was no big deal, just give me some donuts, and all is well, and they acted as if they couldn't even do that to make it right... This site, in general, always has issues with the dunkin side or Baskin side. The customer service is sub-par, and the food, drinks, and ice cream, which was mainly vanilla (no matter what flavor you got), do not taste online with other stores.

They're absolutely the worst. My wife and I went in here to get ice cream and there were 3 girls standing behind the counter near the drive thru they were talking and laughing amongst each other. They looked at my wife and I and completely ignored us so we asked them if we could order and the one girl said no they didn't feel like working today and they weren't helping anyone. We thought that they were joking but when all 3 of them turned around and walked into the back we could hear the one girl say. They must think I'm playing. So we just left . This place needs to be shut down.

I came to order ice cream and it was big order so I need to make the order one by one because each ice cream has its own requirement of toppings but they refused to to do it, they told that I have to tell all my order verbally and pay for it before they start prepare my order, so I tried to do it like what they ask but they can’t do it correctly. I repeat my order twice but doesn’t work and the don’t want to serve me

Do not go to this location! We went to the drive thru for ice cream on a Sunday afternoon. I said “ hello” several times and no one ever responded. So I parked and went inside…there were 3 employees. Looked like two of them had headsets on but I guess they didn’t feel like working the drive thru. Another customer was standing there waiting so I just left and went to Rita’s. What a difference. This location needs to be shut down. The employees are pathetic

Poor customer service. I entered the store and there were 3 staffers - 2 girls watching and giggling about something on the phone, one name Ava) and a man (mapping floor, and presumably the Magee at the time). One of the girls, not Ava, looked up at me and didn’t acknowledge my presence. So I stood there looking at them, after about a minute, I was told, she, pointing to the cash register saying she could help me. “I said to her that I could not believe “the 3 of you stood there and ignored me” and again my response was ignored. My order was completed by Ava who handed me the order without bothering to put it into a bag. She relented after I said “don’t put it in a bag.”

They obviously delete negative reviews! I live right by this location, I have read several negative reviews from the last few months, including mine. They are all gone now and it's showing a 4 star rating. FALSE! I wouldn't even give this location 1 star! HORRIBLE customer service, RUDE employees, never have correct ingredients for orders, donuts are stale, ice-cream is freezer burnt and the wait time is insane! Do yourself a huge favor and skip this location all together!!

It was 06/07/21 at 9:20pm the website says that they close at 10 pm and that’s why we went there, we wanted to go thru the drive thru but they had orange cones in the middle of the entrance. So we decided to park and come in to get ice cream and donuts for tomorrow; but as soon as we got there, a young guy walk to the door and locked it without even letting us know. So it was obvious that they didn’t want it to sell us anything and we’re trying to close early or we’re already close and we went to get ice cream and donuts some place else where they were happy to serve us ice cream and donuts. If you close at 9 or 9:30 you should not advertise 10 pm. False advertising.
