This auto zone is HORRIBLE And I feel bad for the lady that was left alone!!!!!!!!! Me and my husband came in Friday afternoon around 4pm. The poor young lady didn’t know how to assist us but tried her BEST! asked her If She Was Alone she said “no my store manager And my other manager are in the back” my husband walked back to grab oil.. then a filter, I proceeded to look through the steering wheel covers… maybe 5 Minutes top we been In The Store Waiting for another Manger to appear NOTHING.. From my judgment that young lady was left alone

Got some help on windshield wipers, but not before being treated like a bit of an idiot for not knowing what size I needed. Struggled to put them on myself for an hour afterwards since they clearly couldn’t be fussed to help me any further. Would’ve hated to inconvenience them.

Finally on my way home and my holiday shopping complete I needed to focus on me and my needs. I knew I needed a few items for my vehicle and I wanted to stop at a place on the route home. GPS showed this was the closest to my location at that time and I headed there. I ended up coming in and looked around for a bit to locate my items that I needed. I also wanted to get some of that canned window cleaner as I find that works best in my vehicle. I needed to replace my fog lights on my vehicle and of course the ones I wanted was on a peg with a security device. I had to go to the counter to ask if someone could unlock it for me so I can purchase them. I also wanted to get disposable gloves so I didn't end up touching the bulbs and cause them to burn out quicker. With all my items in hand I make my way to the register to check out. It went smoothly here, for the most part. Items were scanned, bagged and paid for. I go to exit the store and the alarm goes off. It seems that their system to deactivate the security tags does not work. So they just waved me out of the store. I mean, cool, but this is a perfect place to load your pockets up with things and test if they are paying attention to shoplifting (I am not advocating for that, don't do it).

I had the check engine light come on, and so I stopped to have it hooked up to the diagnostic machine. He told me the part I required was not in stock, so I had to order, and was there the next day!
