I have been a customer for over 10 years and never had such a horrible experience. We are on schedule for delivery 2x per yr and they would not deliver for customer attention. We called back and they claimed there was something wrong with my tank and would be here 10 days ago to review and fill if needed. Now I'm on hold for 1/2 hr to find out the delay. We are considering canceling

Indicated higher usage then system indicated, and the auto scheduling took care of setting up delivery. Delivery was prompt. Has always been great service..

Bought a new house and need them to pick up their tank left by the prior owner. Called at least 6 times. They have outsourced to India and keep promising to come get the tank but nobody ever does. They don't have a place we can call locally to pick up their tanks. Their service sucks. It's really sad. I would rank 0 stars if i could.

I'm on automatic delivery and their automatic delivery is HORRIBLE, But I'll stay on auto delivery due to other charges that could be added if I run out. I had to call twice for delivery, was at 8% by the time my delivery of propane was made. Customer service reps are another sad story in itself.But I do have to give the delivery driver a 5 ? because it's not his fault when he received the ticket to deliverPrice per gallon is reasonable at this time of post.

They have the worst customer service. They also keep adding additional fees, they didn’t stick to the promotional pricing when I signed up. Stay away from AmeriGas

Delivery was a reasonable time period concerning the situation with drivers and availability. Price was much higher than my normal price range but due to economy it was expected. Driver is a very nice, friendly man who does his job efficiently and well. Ordering and paying for the bill is quick and easy and website is well set up. I also got a rebate on my fuel purchase which helps a little.

Amerigas should be ashamed at the way they do business. I have been waiting fir a delivery since Thursday, with an infant and two seniors under my roof. You have escalated, you have transferred, you have promised and still NO propane.Update: Of the 8+ people I spoke to the ONLY person who was able to give me a glimmer of hope was PAM - (Atlanta, MI) You need more people like PAM. Thank you Pam for your compassion and willingness to help.

I just started with Amerigas this past Novemeber, and I'm supposed to have a no worry account. I have called 5 times with a hold time of more than an hour each time to let them now my tank is below 5%, and nobody has come to fill the tank. Every time they tell me to stay home for the entire next 48 hours because somebody will come to fill up the tank, and end up with nobody showing up. You can't run a business like this.

The worst experience I've ever had with any propane supplier, and I've had some bad ones. They failed to fill my tank three years in a row when I was on automatic fill. This kept my yearly total under 60 gallons so they could charge me tank rental. I was on hold for over an hour this week trying to get a delivery. Finally gave up and called to cancel service.
