Great service! Knowledgable and fast service. Both staff did a great job at answering all of my questions and explaining things to me until I understood. Have been here before and will def. be back and recommend! Very friendly atmosphere and staff which made the buying process enjoyable and stress free. I have been waiting for a few months for a replacement for a part of my bed that was approved. When I call the store no one knows what is going on and will not call me back either. I am told my order is messed up and no one knows what is going on and they will not replace the missing parts of my bed. Very unprofessional and shows lack of care for their customers. They will not do the necessary steps to replace the bed that is less than a year old.

I ordered 3 rugs and got an email for pickup but they cancelled without any notification. But they informed me once I reach the shop. It was very worst experience. No proper answers or any consideration and they didn’t answer properly. Please try to avoid this shop at Hagerstown.

Horrible service! My disabled sister ordered a living room set online that was "in stock" and scheduled delivery. The day of her delivery, she gets called saying it's not there and ends up waiting 3 months for it with no updates. When it arrives the delivery guys don't put it together. They just drop it and leave. When we unpack it, one side is broken. I call the store and get the run around from a very rude woman. I will tell everyone to avoid this place! Feels scummy.

I love ang ? she was super helpful and definitely hands on! she was helping me pick out rugs for my room, one of the rugs I choose was actually a rug she picked for me… love her ! Eddie help place my items in the car for me, he was sweet as well. Overly my experience was a 10/10 ????

I have bought many items through the years from American Freight at the Hagerstown, MD location. My past two visits have been consistent and the sales rep Ang was honest, helpful and made my experience as easy as possible.

Very satisfied with the customer service that the employee (Angelica) showed me yesterday. Her greeting and smile made my shopping experience felt amazing. She was very professional and polite. If I could give her more starts it would be 10 stars.The furniture and the price are very reasonable and affordable and the best part they have lay away. After COVID not to many stores have layaway.I had my eye on this grey color sectional sofa. But Angelica talk me into getting the blue one and I will say it was a good choice.By the way if you are not from the Hagerstown MD area don’t worry. I believe they have a store or the are opening one in Baltimore MD.

My wife , and I placed an order for a couch and accessories 6 weeks ago total cost 1,400 worth upon delivery. We were told that we can pay in full the day it arrives, or we can pay now. We said we will pay upon delivery . Yet, the issue is communication amongst staff and a lack of comprending. Most don't even know how to track an order. Well, today we were told by a male manger they lost the order . That we didn't pay in advance and policy changed since then. Which was contradicting to the female manger. We probably would have spent 10,000 for we are buying all new furniture for 2,500 sq. They just lost our business ,because of communication and company structural issues of policy changes.Oh and not keeping their word!!
