I was involved in an automobile accident no fault of my own, my previous insurance did not make me feel like a was a priority. I talked to Craig Campbell and he was so understanding while being extremely professional and made an insurance quote that was best suited to me. I appreciate how much you helped and the extent you went to help me find the best deals and where I was lacking very important coverage with my last car insurance policy. I was recently in a fender bender where a young driver hit the back of my car and drove away. The entire issue was a convoluted mess where the family took nearly a month to respond to their insurance agency, and the resolution went from my needing to file an uninsured motorist claim, to finally being able to file a claim on their insurance (after the sheriff's office got involved.) Though all of this mess, the Campbell Insurance office was there to hold my hand and help me.In particular, an agent named Caleb was top notch. Caleb took every one of my phone calls, patiently answered every one of my questions, spoke with the sheriff's office, and even managed to make me laugh every time I spoke with him.I would not hesitate to recommend Allstate insurance through Craig Campbell's office to anyone. After my experience working with Caleb, I can confidently say our family would never even consider switching insurance providers.

You doubled my policy after I agree to another 6 month contract with no notice which caused me a great deal of problems to end my 6-month policy without owing, to find another insurance agency and pay another premium and have 3 days with no tags which cost me a great amount at the motor vehicles. no I am not happy with All State! No I was not in "GOOD HANDS". no I would not refer anyone to Allstate. please do not ask for any more surveys from me

My husband's commercial insurance policy was supposed to be canceled from Allstate since July. Multiple calls to the agency month after month and payments are still being taken out of his account. After years of being with this company can't believe the incompetence to simply cancel the policy. This review is after months of trying to get this situation resolved. We will never do business with this company again or refer anyone to them.

After many years of being with this Allstate company. Back in July we sold a vehicle and ask Allstate to take it off the commercial policy. For the last 3 months I've still been getting billed for this insurance. I've made multiple calls to the office. Spoke with persons who said that they will get it taken care of. Still has not been taken care of. In July I spoke with a representative told me I was all set. But month after month I'm paying $260 to this company. Tired and frustrated at this point.

I am very satisfied with the service that I received from Campbell’s Insurance Agency. I called them several times with questions.Each time my questions we’re answered by the person who answered the telephone. I was not put on hold and I did not have to leave a call back message. In today’s business environment I find it unusual to actually deal with representatives who are are capable and know how to provide good service.

Jason is one of the insurance people there & most the time I have any questions it goes to him. He’s very good at helping you out with basically any question or concern you might have ! Also calls you back fairly quickly !
