Yo, the customer service at that place was straight-up trash!I've never come across someone so rude. I simply asked for a price, and she treated me like I was a piece of dirt.If they can't be bothered to provide decent service, they might as well shut down.

When all the other hair shops were closed on Saturday they were open. We found everything we needed plus an extra treat for my tresses! The staff was warm, welcoming, and spot-on knowledgeable. We had a great experience and will definitely be back!

sign says they open up at 9am sunday-saturday. went at 9:15am and the doors were locked. don’t say you open at 9am and you’re closed.

I love this store/shop. It's family orientated. The owner is very sweet and reasonable. They also do professional hair styling specializing in protective styles. The owner is very knowledgeable and honest. This will be my hair and accessories store. The best in town in my opinion and I've been to the other two for several visits.

I was able to make a next day appointment which worked out great, a solid price, the hair is provided which made life so convenient. She was so patient and sweet & she did an amazing job. I’m so happy with my hair I will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

Cannot seem to get a hair appointment have called five separate time trying to get my hair braided and she seem to always be “booked”. I’ve gotten my hair braided from her twice before and she does a very well job but i must say costumer service is horrible at times she is sometimes rude over the phone and doesn’t seem to try to work with you to set up an appointment to get your hair braided. It’s frustrating at times because there are not that many braiders in Hagerstown.

This store is one of my 3 favs here in Hagerstown. Her store is clean, neat, and I've had the pleasure of meeting her husband and son. A BEAUTIFUL family. Aicha is so friendly and loving. I never want to leave her store.
