I’ve been renting from them for about 2 years now and I agree with the rest of the ppl on here that say DAN is the worst! He has the worst customer service ever idk why he is even still there with all the complaints on here specifically pointing him out! Clearly they don’t care about their customers even though we’re the reason they’re still in business and getting a pay check! Rebecca is super nice and even Francine I think her name is every time I’ve dealt with them it’s been a breeze but soon as Dan get on the phone I be ready to go down to this place and turn up! Y’all need to really re consider having him as a store manager

My experience with this location was excellent! When first entering I was greeted by Isiah . I told him what I was looking for in detail and he helped with out being pushy or over bearing. The atmosphere was welcoming and calm. I had my husband and 14 year old son with me and both Isiah and Dan (the store manager) entertained them in other products while I continued to browse to make sure I what I picked is what actually wanted. And Isiah helped me make a great choice based off my personal needs and not based of what the store needed to get off of inventory. When both Dan and Isiah seen that I was having a hard time deciding between two items he encouraged me to take picks go home and think about it first and then come back and let him know. I took his advise and then next day I went in and completed my contract with a breeze and full explanation of everything. Isiah and Dan is welcoming, pleasant, friendly, non overbearing, and informative! Thank you for a great shopping experience!

I went into finish my application process that I started online for a washer and dryer. The staff was super friendly and made me feel like family. The manager requested to see pictures of my cats. Her boss came in while we were looking at pictures of my cats, and even though he isn't a cat person, we had great conversation. He did enjoy the pictures of my dogs, though. I will give them 1,000% for customer service and for the price for the combo set I got.

I've been a customer for 8 years now but I've been struggling to finish up my lease with 2 payments left was going to make my payments this morning even though I really didn't have the money was going to shuffle some things around and then I logged into my account and it says congratulations on completing my lease???? Confused when I got up this morning I called the store to see what was going on and my favorite employee Francine tells me that the regional manager paid off my lease let's just say they made the tears flow been a long hard year lost my husband and my mother both in May so very much appreciated he really did help me out ty from the bottom of my heart ..... there are still good people in this world.....

Will never rent from them again was marking weekly payments and then all switched over to monthly with out notice was told I could not do weekly no more so now u can come get your stuff and I quit paying on it

I LOVE AARON'S DON'T GET ME WRONG, although some of the way they attempt to solve issues are WRONG, FROM THE CUSTOMER POINT OF VIEW, makes PERFECTLY GOOD BUSINESS SENSE!! MY QUESTION IS...IF YOU ONLY PERFORM GOOD BUSINESS SENSE AND DONT THINK ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS POINT OF VIEW..MY POINT IS... If I turn in a 65 in TV that I have ONLY made 2 payments on... whether it is preleased or not...the LOANER TV does not equal a 50 in, because " I'm not going to open a new box for a preleased item". This was the 5th or 6th, repair place received it on the 10th repair is being made.. NOTHING ELSE SINCE. I DIDN'T GET A CALL ABOUT ANY OF IT. I had to go ask..but let the day of the payment come ( today) and I PROMISE BY 11AM they will want to know when I can get my payment in.. WHEN I TOLD THEM FROM JUMP ILL PAY THE 4TH...BUT they are amazing for people like me that need household items and can't get credit or can afford it straight out. STILL, I MISS THE DAYS WHEN THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!UPDATE: 03/25/2023MY TV IS BACK FROM SERVICE....5 DAYS AGO. .I CANT GET IT DELIVERED TILL NEXT FRIDAY!!! CONTACT JOSE WE PLAYED PHONE TAG....WHAT DO YOU THINK SHOULD BE DONE THAT IS FAIR????

I would never purchase anything from this store ever again worse customer service experience. I paid off my washer and dryer never missed a payment was never late. I then got a ps5 for my boyfriend and we had it for two weeks and returned it because my boyfriend said I wasn’t going to pay that much for a game. The moment I returned it I got attitude the manager Dan tried to say it was broke when it wasn’t my boyfriend just didn’t sign all the way out. They still took money out of my account when the product was returned 2 weeks before the payment was even due. I then received threatening phone call fraud m employee Fran. I called corporate they did nothing about it and didn’t even call me back. And now it’s been almost 2 months and they are still taking money out of my account… they need to get rid of all employees and start all over. Worse experience in my life

I made a purchase at this Aaron's and the staff is terrific!! Devon and Patrick are the two delivery drivers and they go above and beyond to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with the delivery. Thank You Aaron's for the wonderful experience!

I bought a TV, a dresser, and a boxspring. The sales people were very nice, and professional. The products were affordable and of high quality. I would definitely recommend buying and leasing from here.

So the people at Aaron's called me today I called the back I talked to the Manger at the Maryland Avenue store told me my payment was declined he was mean he wanted to know the exact time when I'm going to make a payment next week after I get my tv paid off I will never do my business with Aaron's anymore I go to rent a center for now on

Do not buy anything from these people at all ever. I ordered a 60 inch lullaby TV stand with fireplace from online service on 9/18/2022. I called them on 9/29/2022 or 9/30/2022 to check the status of my order after receiving numerous text messages about me making a payment for something I don't have possession of. The guy from Aaron's told me that they have been calling me since the merchandise got to the store. I check my call logs for all phone calls, I go all the way back to last year on my call logs n there isn't one phone call from this place of business. Called them this morning n the guy was rude n not professional at all. I even asked the guy if he would like to see all my call logs n he said he was done with this cuz his computer keeps detailed information about all calls. He is wrong cuz his computer only keeps track of the text messages cuz there is no phone calls ever made by this business to me before I took it up on myself to check the status of my order. Please stay away from this place they have no customer service skills at all. They could have gave me my merchandise n started the agreement I signed up for over from today's date so we didn't have any problems but not this place.
