We came in here tonight, or tried to but they closed and locked up 10 minutes before 10 pm I plan on reaching out to corporate in the morning as this isn’t the first time this happened

If I could give a zero star I would. I’m 20 and went in to buy a Powerball ticket this evening. I handed the cashier four dollars and my ID she looked at me and looked at my ID, and I understand I look young but she looked at my ID thoroughly and refused to sell to me. She tried to say that I have to be 21 to buy a Maryland lottery ticket, which I know for a fact is not true because I’ve bought many Maryland lottery tickets since turning 18. I had to drive over to the Halfway Boulevard ACT where they gladly took my money and ID and gave me my lottery tickets as they should.
