The night employees don't treat the customers right, ill be in there in the day minding my business get my stuff and go, but this guy at the night shift hates people with nice cars it seems because he couldn't mind his business and just says "man you better be careful the police are on you all around here".God can strike me down if I'm lying he doesn't know me or how I drive I've never been pulled over for speeding or anything in my car. People should mind their own business man this world is really crazy people are worried about other peoples lives and they need to figure out their own.

They know this is the only 7-Eleven in Hagerstown, but the one day they give a free Slurpee's on 7-Eleven day, the slurpee machine is down, Which I guess I was fine with. I just brought a drink in the meantime, but the next day I come in, explained that the manager that the machine wasn't working yesterday, and if that I could get a Slurpee today, instead, I even show my picture of the sign where the machine wasn't working just in case he didn't believe me. The guy was acting like it was coming out his paycheck, I feel like that's something you should grace a customer with considering it was supposed to be free the day Before.

Went to get a free slurpee but they didn't allow it after 5 and closed off the entire slurpee machine to stop people from getting a slurpee.

Stopped it get coffee @7:25am.Only two containers had coffee. One was lukewarm and had to dump it out. Went to the other one and it was hot. Then went to get creamer and the French vanilla was spoiled! Smelled rancid!Looks like the fridge is too warm.Decided to get the creamer packets instead but they didn't have any.Won't be going back!

Pulled up at about 12:30am and took one passing glance at the employee as I’m getting my things out of my car. Apparently this was enough reason for him to come out and demand to know why my partner and I were staring at him (We weren’t, we were both caught very off guard by the question) and what were doing there. Last I checked it’s a place of business and, correct me if I’m wrong, but you usually go to those to, oh, I don’t know, buy things? Must be a crazy concept for that guy. Sad that the standard for employment at 7-Eleven has dropped to less that what I thought was possible. Never shopping here again and I suggest you do the same!

Absolutely horrible location. The location was open but no employees to work lottery or the register. Hope they get robbed blind great management. No wonder other convince stores are going to put you out of business. Don't waste your time with this location.

This store continues to go down hill. Staff no longer seem happy to serve customers, obviously would rather be left alone. Unfortunately, this location is the only one convenient for me. Guess i need to start going out of my way as I do enjoy the pizza slices. This location rarely has slices ready and I dont want to wait for them to make them. Stopped today after long day at work for 2 slices and a drink. Eureka!!! Slices (already boxed) ready! Got 2, paid and left. Should have known to check them first, but I didn't. Half way (15 min later) home, open one up to start eating and so burnt it was black, couldnt even tell it was pepperoni. If I can add a pic to this review I will. Very close, maybe already, to never setting foot in this location again. Guess I will need to find something from sheetz instead.

Absolute joke. Went in to get pizza, nobody else in store, got tired of waiting. Employee busy mopping floor and it was obviously below the manager to assist. This is exactly why Sheetz has dominated! Hope they put one close to this place soon!

Hazelnut allergy folks beware. I poured a cup of brazilian today only to find it was hazelnut. Someone brewed the wrong batch. My daughter is highly allergic to hazelnut and I thank God I didn't give her any. Never trust this business not to kill you.

I went to this 7-Eleven for the first time about a month ago and would never have expected the service I received. I went there to get bags of ice and lots of it. Upon entering the store, I was immediately greeted and told if I needed any help to just ask. Wow...impressive already. I'm not knocking 7-Eleven's but I don't think that is something that has happened much to me before at them. I then proceeded to purchase like 15 of the 20lb bags of ice. Without even flinching and as if it came completely natural, the three employees working all started grabbing the ice and bringing it to my car. I even told them they didn't have to do it and they insisted. They thanked me and told me to come back again if I ever need more and they'll be happy to help again. Well, I have. At least another 2-3 times now. And everytime, the staff there is as helpful and humble as the first time. During my visit there today, I really looked around the store and realized how unbelievably well organized and clean it is. Kudos to whoever is in charge and a HUGE thank you to Grace & Ashley. Everytime I have gone, they go out of their way to help me and make me feel welcome. Thank you both very much and great job to all who play a part in making my local 7-Eleven such a great one to shop at!
