“Dashielle was an absolute pleasure to work with, she's very well informed about all aspects of cabinetry options, measurements, functionality and installation. It quickly became obvious that the process was going to be much more involved than my wife and I taking measurements and picking out what we wanted at Home Depot. We're so thankful that we engaged Chesapeake (and Dashielle in particular) at the recommendation of our general contractor (Paragon Contracting - Severna Park), who also turned out to be fantastic. Our kitchen is beautiful and Dashielle played a huge part in that.”
“It could be a headache depending what time you come... The earlier the better. Backing ain't bad because they space each truck a dock apart so it won't be as tight. But if you had a dock next to each other it'll definitely take some time to get in. And watch for the cars & mail trucks who think this road a drag strip”
“I just want to review Optical Center at this location. In April Jesse helped me to find beautiful frames. He is so kind and knowledgeable. My glasses were ready in a week. Today I brought my son. He helped him to find nice frames for his prescription glasses. Their prices are much more affordable than other places. Thank you, Jesse, for your outstanding service!”
“This is not the Sam's Club pharmacy that I usually. Sarah and Ted went out of their way to help me feel at home and to quickly and efficiently fill three prescriptions that I needed right away. They are very very good at what they do!”

Additionally, they have the greatest choice of vegetarians' entrees at incredibly attractive prices. Everything else is first class.”
“Had what we wanted. Update: 7/3/25. Put a pickup order in for 1 pm and didn't get there until @ 3 pm. Yes, our fault. We waited 20+ minutes for the order from a very overworked, warm, and PLEASANT associate. Love this option.”
“I think they should have anticipated the popularity of their reduced price gas and built it with more space for cars to get in line. It can be a real traffic jam when you only have room for 2 cars to each pump station.”
“We primarily use our Sam's Club membership for gas. The prices are great but the gas station can be very very crowded at times, you have to learn when to go to avoid those crowds! The scan an go feature is a real timesaver when you are at the pump. No need to swipe membership card and payment card when you use scan and go! Also love using Scan and Go when shopping inside the club, anything to avoid those long, long lines! Giving 5 stars for the convenience of scan and go in the club and at the pump.”
“I have to thank God for Jai at Bj’s tire center in Owings Mills, MD! I was visiting family in the area and on my way back to NYC on Saturday, I got stranded in PA. Towed my car to BJ’s tire center in Owings Mills,MD with no hope of getting home on Sunday. I went to this location and Jai literally saved my life. His kind hospitality was everything I needed to stay positive. He was able to service my vehicle and get me back on the road. I will drive back down to Maryland from New York just to receive his car service. Thank you BJ’s for having a wonderful employee like him! Without him I would not have made it home safely and get to work on Monday! God is good ?”

“I have been a member of BJ's off and on since 2010. Yes! I picked up a few groceries and some clothing during their 4th of July sale. I was very pleased with my purchases. They also have coupon books available at the Customer Service desk, just incase you left yours in your vehicle or at home. ?”
“By far the cheapest gas in the area. Sometimes the difference in gas prices is 40 or 50 cents. The line reflects this price disparity. Oftentimes I have to enter close to T-Mobile to queue up for the line for the gas station. That's probably the biggest negative about this place is the line. Also it's credit card or scan and go only with your Sam's Club membership. And since they don't take any cash I don't understand why they aren't open later. But with the Savings in gas alone your membership will pay for itself. Highly recommend”

“As a whole the store employees are great. The pharmacy crew is amazing. However twice I had a poor, if not bad, experience with the food court. Once I ordered a pizza over the phone. It was supposed to be ready by 5:30. I arrived at 5:15 picked up a few items and headed to the food court. My pizza was not ready and I was told they were running behind. I agreed to wait. But took my items to my car. When I returned I was not allowed to go back in scone it was near closing time. The last time disaster hit, the counter clerk gave me a hotdog which fell on the floor due to a defective bag. Another customer told me that it had just happened to them. and that they would remake it. I returned to the counter only to be ignored for 12 mins. By the clerk, hot dog and bag sitting on the counter. I left the store.”
“Absolutely the best service at my visit. We needed 4 tires and sensors on our SUV. The young lady Scerena was super helpful and kind. She listened to my needs and helped me select the appropriate tires we needed. Jose worked on our vehicle and he did a awesome job. He was time efficient and organized with the project at hand. We love the new tires, they are quiet and smooth. It was all done in less than 1.5 hours.At this time I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.”
“Getting through on the phone was challenging at first, but from there the experience was great. I worked with Ty who was personable and easy to work with. I was getting two tires, and he made recommendations of what tires to get based off of the tires I already had, what would have similar tread pattern, not wear down as quickly, etc. He then made quick work of it, calling me about 45 minutes later when he was all done. Great experience!”
“I have been shopping at Sam's Club since it was located at Port Covington. Occasionally it is a hot mess but when management hears the compliant they respond. And new people are hired because that is usually my compliant (bad customer service). Lucky for me, I have not had that bad service for over ten years now. And I love that I can find everything I want when I do shop there. Great store and location (even during the pandemic shut down) ?.”
“Was having some membership enrollment technical issues that no one could resolve a few days ago! I walked in again and got Carol Mysti & Miguel. I am very grateful for how they handled the dilemma and the speedy resolution once I explained. Miguel especially was very polite and treated everyone with great respect! Mysti resolved the issue like 1-2-3! This team in Membership Service is top notch. Very attentive and dedicated. Thanks.”
