I recently had an excellent experience with this tow truck service. A couple actually. My electric car kept dying and my insurance company sent ETR to help me twice. The driver was incredibly knowledgeable, and efficient. Once i was towed to a charging station, he even took the time to show me how to put the car in neutral. I am not car savvy and i was so lost, idk who told me to get an electric vehicle but anyway....From the moment I called for assistance to the time my vehicle was safely towed, he displayed the utmost professionalism. Highly recommended for anyone in need of reliable and professional towing services.

ETRs have a clear & transparent process. When I called them, they said one of their driver would be there in twenty minutes.The driver arrived at the time which they promised.My car wouldn't start. But he started the engine in a jam. When I asked him what was wrong with my car; he Told me it was battery drain. And he recommend me the local mechanics can fix it easly with low cost. I was a little skeptical because the car's dashboard showed me something else.So I asked him to take me to the dealer. He brought me to the place. They checked the car and told me it was a battery problem.Thank you very much for your recommendation & getting my car safely to my dealers.

Chris came to the rescue for my boyfriend trying to get his car towed off a parking lot of my house. Chris was patient and made it work. This young man was awesome and explained everything to me. I would recommend this company to everybody
