I got locked out of my running truck while it was raining cats and dogs. When I called Minute Men Recovery they responded right away and we’re at my vehicle in minutes. My experience with Minute Man Towing was great! Joe was very personable and actually cared about the situation I was in. He towed my car off of the highway to get it to a safer spot and then put my spare tire on. He worked quickly and you can tell that he has a lot of knowledge/experience with what he does. When I called Minute Man Recovery, Joe answered right away and asked a few questions about our trailer tire blow out. (asked about the size of our lug nuts, so we sent him a picture) Asked our location and told us he could definitely help us out and be there within 20 minutes. He was extremely prompt and went out of his way to change and replace our blown tire!! He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I called Joseph and told him my issues and where i would like for my vehicle to be dropped off, he did not hesitate once!
