I recently visited this store for the first time and was impressed with the overall appearance. However, I had an unpleasant experience with the manager, who displayed rude and unprofessional behavior. Furthermore, I felt that my children and I were racially profiled and treated unfairly. If you are unhappy in your job, it may be time to consider a career change. I will definitely report this incident to corporate.

Very nice selection, well organized and clean! The staff is friendly and it's not nearly as busy as other locations. Checkout oine is still pretty long

I walked in to return 2 items with receipts and tags attached. The sales clerk gave me a look and refused to return my items. She said they were defective and worn. I advised her several times that she was incorrect. She then involved a manager to solidify her decision. I have been a loyal customer of TJMaxx for over 20 years and this is the first time I have ever felt profiled in my life. I will be sending a letter to corporate.

I guess my overall feedback is to do better! I agree about the men's section- very limited choices. They also need to stock the spice section and the home furniture section. I understand from the checkout lady, they have a truck coming tonight. So i'm happy to try again.

I went a few days after the grand opening…very bright and spacious. The customer service was great too! However, the clothing selection was very underwhelming. I have shopped at other TJMs in Maryland and Virginia…and have always left with several bags of items. I live 5m from Burtonsville so it was disappointing not seeing anything I wanted to purchase.

Today was the grand opening, and it was an incredible experience. Employees were so friendly and helpful. Everything was organized and clean. I love this new location.

The Mens selection of Items is a joke. Overall a nice store. Clean as expected being new.
