When in there at 2:40 today to buy four pairs of shoes and I go in and can’t find a worker. I grab one of the pairs of shoes I was looking for and couldn’t find a worker still. Then there were four people at the desk talking and eating candy together that I guess were workers never asked if we needed help or anything and when I walked towards where they were they wouldn’t even look up. Three other guess went through the samething holding shoes waiting to be helped then walked out as I did and went to the dtlr a few stores down. What the point of being open if you aren’t going to help the consumers make their purchase?

Yesterday afternoon around 12-12:30pm it was my first time going to this location and my last time going to this location. I had to wait for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. The young hispanic girl with the hello kitty sticker on her left cheek looked at me and “is there a problem” I told her that I needed help. She looked at me and rolled her eyes and turned away from me. Then I asked can I speak to the manager and the same and same hispanic girl walked towards me and just stood there looking at me. I asked her are you the manager? She rolled her eyes again and said “I’m the manager”. I then asked her “why are you disrespecting me”. Once again she rolled her eyes at me. I told her not to worry about it. As I looked to my right I seen a black girl with dreads slowly walking on the floor looking at me. It was also a black boy with dreads at the cash register. Him and the hispanic girl with the hello kitty were having a good time laughing in at the register. Maybe if they hired adults or have adult manager or supervisor or an adult employee instead of young people to run and manage this location there would be some type of order and better customer service.

Worst experience ever! I walked in with my son ready to buy any shoe in the store, and no hospitality. there was literally three employees or whatever you want to call them in the register just talking and having a good ol time. it needs better management and maybe teach all employees on how to great their customers.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ! All I can say when this company stole over $1,200 from me charging my account when my purchase was only $413 they took a total of almost $1,700 from me !! This place really is horrible ! I ordered sneakers from them for my kids and I paid triple what I was supposed to somehow ?! I do NOT recommend this place so ANYBODY! I reached out to customer service but who knows how long it will take them to get back to me and settle this issue ! May have to take legal action which is pathetic ! Hopefully nobody else comes across this issue. This was my first time purchasing from them and WILL BE MY LAST!

Two items did not arrive. The money was taken, but no merchandise. Took me a while to find a number to find, Conveniently, and they would not resolve the issue. Would not recommend shopping with them. No stars!!

Don’t Buy from online Sends different sizes Can’t return to stores just store credit. No call for help only emails and won’t respond email over 48 hours. Horrible customer service ??
