Husband and I were walking to another store in the mall and walked by phone repair. Both of our phone screens were cracked, so we asked, how much, how long. Alex fixed both of our screens within 15 mins with a smile. AWESOME customer service, very affordable, GREAT job from Alex. I highly recommend this place.

They are inexpensive and reliable. I got both of my daughters cracked screen replaced and it was $50 less than I paid at Annapolis Mall. My mother also had a good experience when she had her screen replaced.

Do not take your phone there. The customer service is bad and they won’t do a good job. I took my iPhone 6s there to get the screen fixed; everything else worked well. I don’t know anything about cell phone repairs but I stood there waited and watched as he took my phone apart flinging things around. After all was said and done my phone had a new screen but the Touch ID and some other key features didn’t work. When I went back that same day he told me he didn’t have the part and he couldn’t find my old screen. So now I have an iPhone 6s new screen but barely works. Go somewhere else much more reputable.

First of all, when my husband called the day before, he was told I could get my iPhone 11 screen fixed for 60 or 70 bucks. When I went, the Asian guy charged me $115. Since I got it, it’s been hard to activate my screen when it’s sleep. Either I have to end a call I’m on to wake my screen again or keep moving it, wait about 10 seconds and/or press my power button a bunch of times to wake my screen. If I’m in a life or death situation or need to make a call quickly, I’m in trouble. I really should have just went to the place near me that I went to before, my phone was working great after that but seeing as though I drove all the way to greenbelt already and needed a phone while out, I settled for this place. My phone lags now and my screens takes FOREVER to wake up. I know to just stick with my old spot if it breaks again. Never would return here or recommend. Then he wanted to charge $30-$50 for a sticker basically for the back of iPhones

Skyline helped us fix a broken Amazon Fire tablet screen when most other repair shops wouldn't give it a try. The Skyline expert was upfront with us about why most people prefer to buy a new device. Still, we found their quote to be more cost-effective and time-saving than had we gone about it independently. Similar repair kits would have cost almost the same as their quoted price. The service was excellent and friendly. We highly recommend them!

Short version: high quality repair, low prices, fast and friendly service Long version: I needed an old iPhone 4S repaired and tried 3 other places, which all said they didn't do it anymore. I really wanted to keep it for use as an iPod in an alarm clock dock. I spent about 4 hours trying to fix it myself and failed. (Hint: Don't try to fix your phone yourself! Take it to them first!!!!) Big mistake! But thankfully I found Skyline Phone repair. I called to make sure to stop by when they had a technician available who could work on my vintage phone. They were able to make my phone as good as new. They were also able to fix my wife's cracked screen on her iPhone 7 Plus. I dropped both phones off and picked them up less than 2 hours later. Phones were ready and working and repaired for much, much less than I was expecting. Thanks so much!!!
