Terrible service, the attendees do not speak English at all so there was no one able to help service the customers. They shrugged everything off. I witnessed them make racist/sexes/homophobic remarks. They also will not refund people if their gas or utilities on the shell property did not work. They said they do not refund if the gas doesn't pump or vacuum cleaner/ air will not work. I would never recommend this shell to anyone. I own a business down the plaza and I tell everyone to drive the extra miles and go to the other shell.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a gas station in my life. Customer service was awfully disrespectful and careless. Won't elaborate on what happen but they will be getting a report to Better Business Bureau!

I paid a car wash at the pump didn’t get a receipt it saw it was printing it didn’t. I drove around and paid for the wash a the drive through. I notice on my credit card. I was charged at the pump. I owed $17.00 credit or refund.

The owners can be a little bit nicer. The lady owner is still nasty ?. If she looks at the percentage of customers are not from the same ethnicity as she is, we are her customer base. While the gas costs are conducive to the oil prices in our current economy, her customer service can be significantly better. The guys including the older gentleman are better and friendlier.

Love this place! I go for my gas, snacks and a couple of beers on Sunday! The only thing I don't like are all the people that hang around the gas station. Sometimes you feel as if you don't want to go in.

Save yourself a headache and drive 1/2 mile further to the next gas station. I'm female and needed help with the propane gas tank I exchanged and the man working there said it's not his job to help me put it in my truck. I think that's impolite and inconsiderate. The next customer who walked in, I asked if he could help me and he said no problem. I gave him $20 tip. He was very appreciative of my generosity. The African accent man, with the name tag, Fammi or whatever his name was, has a serious racial issue or he just hates females. He does not belong in a customer service or retail position. I told him I'd pray for him because he has a lot of hate.
