Lines can move a bit slow but whenever I come by during the slower times (10-11 AM and 1–2 PM), I’m usually in and out within 10 mins. Service has significantly improved and all of the employees are polite and friendly.

Just came from there, a complete waste of time . I went there to pick up medications although I was told I could pick it up I went there only to be told they didn’t have it . Because I insisted , they suddenly had what I needed . I also drop off a prescription for asthma medication for my son while waiting on my own . Being in a rush I asked how long it would take , was told 20-25 minutes . I told her it was to long because I am heading to a very important doctor appointment and she said we will work on it . 20 minutes later , the other girl at the pick up station tells me the order isn’t even in the system . Imagine my frustration. Now here I am going back to this girl name Val L telling me I don’t know why she would say that I put it it . Goes into the system , probably added it at that point and I am now told to wait another 30 minutes . I am trying to explain to her , still talking about Val L (that I told her in the beginning I was in a rush , that I pushed myself to stay 30mintes already and that I will not able to come back , she then proceed with sarcasm we’ll do you want the prescription order back , we are busy now . Literally 5 people working and 2 of us at the waiting line . Her attitude and sarcasm was just disrespectful. She then tell me I am going to walk away because I can’t , predict the future, you either can wait another 30 minutes or cancel , because otherwise this conversation is pointless . Let’s not forget her eyes rolling and body language. Not once she offer an apology or try to help resolve the matter .I mean she gave me the wrong time , wouldn’t it be fair to try to help fixed so I don’t have to wait that long .I needed up leaving without the prescription that I will now go somewhere else for , since it was her goal .This was a very frustrating experience, enough for me to drop off Safeway pharmacy.Good job Val L on making one more customer walking away from Safeway just so you don’t get bothered at work .

Because of those non professional pharmacy stuff members I changed my pharmacy but next to this cvs is more horrible pharmacy these people are not listening and care if I don't have refill they can make it by themselves if I have refill they never make it on time waiting time staff behavior un accepted I am shocked here what these pharmacy are playing with customers they just want to run away people.

I shopped went to check out and the only thing open was self checkout they just lost a loyal customer who has been shopping there for over twenty years tonight it was only 8:00 that’s a shame

This a horrible place, even if you have an appointment for covid-19 vaccination, I have been waiting for 20 minutes and yet still waiting just for a shot and no one shows up, please go to different location

The associate needs to be more informational in providing wait times, also friendly. The lead Pharmacy employees where great and also professional. They may need have two working pick up drop off

I get all my vaccinations here and I am always very happy with my experience. The pharmacists are super kind and efficient and the waiting room is clean and peaceful!

Tried to move my prescriptions from a Safeway in Colorado to this store - near where I'm traveling. Couldn't get anyone to answer the phone! I tried for the last 3 days! You're on hold, then a message says you can't leave a voicemail please try calling back later. I gave up and called a Walgreens across the street. Picking them up in an hour!

Horrible customer service last time I come here. They old and slow and don’t know how to communicate or talk. None professional ?. They might need to hire a new people or manager.Been waiting here for 45 min and I was 2nd in line like I said no communication.

Horrible. One lady can’t hear and you have to seriously raise your voice, then everybody knows your business. Wait in line forever. Pharmacist is rude. The Pharmacist gets an attitude if you have a question about your medication, and it’ll take about 30-45 minutes to get that answer. I was at drop-off window for about 35 minutes for something that should have taken less than 5 minutes. They blatantly ignore you. I’ve changed pharmacies, now go to a Mom and Pop pharmacy and it’s the absolute best. At Safeway Pharmacy you’re noting but an UNWANTED NUMBER.

Horrible and none professional personal working in the pharmacy department. Too bad. Very Horrible experience I had with the pharmacy customer service. Infact the lady working in the pharmacy department as a customer service have a very bad attitude. She doesn't belong to the pharmacy department. That is terrible.

When picking up a prescription here make sure you clear your entire day because it takes them an average of 30 minutes to deal with one person, sometimes even longer. Ridiculous.

AWFUL!!! there’s this lady who I think is probably deaf! I had to repeat my self a dozen times and literally scream on the phone for her to hear me. The line is slow so if you’re in a lot of pain it’s going to be hell. I’m going to switch pharmacies, I’ve never hated a pharmacy in my life they need to get it together because it’s so awful. They need to take an intense course of customer service too.
