GREAT customer service!!! This is how a people facing or for that matter any business should be run. This place was so refreshing after the garbage and poor treatment I've gotten from other businesses.

I was referred to this office by a friend. I Made an appointment a month in advance for a complete eye exam. Never received a confirmation call so I called this office the day of my "scheduled" appointment to confirm my appointment. And they never put me on the schedule. She had all of my information in the system. But no appointment was scheduled. I'm giving two stars because she did try to accommodate me still. Then come to find out they don't even accept my insurance. I have been waiting a month for this appointment because I need help with my eyes. And now I have to find another office that will accept my insurance, which means I will probably have to wait even longer to get my eyes checked. Not happy at all . I should have known they did not accept my insurance on the day that I called and made this appointment.

Great experience. I haven't needed to wear glasses in 13yrs and was totally comfortable with Dr. Kevin King. Great conversation and the check in/out process was seamless. I picked up my new glasses about 2.5 weeks after my evaluation and am very pleased. Will be coming back here for my eye exams for as long as I am in the area, or as long as the. practice is here!

Was seen by Dr. Christine King the most detailed and comprehensive exam i have ever had. AMAZING . She was able to figure out a problem ive been having for a long time that no other doctor had figured out. Claudine was also a gem with helping style my frames. An all around excellent experience .

Arrived at 4:15pm, appointment was scheduled for 4: 30 At 5:00pm still waiting. To much paperwork as well. Does any one know why an Eye doctor needs your medical insurance info account number, group number? Finally who ask for your full social on two different forms?

I've had approximately four visits with Dr. Christine King. EACH visit is just as thorough and informative as the last, with an extra dose of pleasant! Dr. King's "get it right" approach to patient care is...executing the entire visit herself with a no-rush element! Post-visit, you'll hear direcrly from Dr. King if she has a medical question, and vice-versa you'll be sent to her voicemail if you have specific question. You won't find optical care experience like this elsewhere! -- Lori M.

Dr. King is AWESOME, and highly recommended, and his entire staff is Great as well!!! Again, I highly recommend Professional Eye Care Center! Oh, and they also have so many cute frames to choose from!!!

What a wonderful experience all the way around at Professional Eye Care. And like others have commented, Dr. Christine King is very thorough and takes the time to explain everything. I am so happy my good girl friend and fellow elite Lynne S. referred me. After my previous eye doctor retired I needed to find someone that I liked just as much and Dr. King and her entire staff have come through with an A+. Super nice, engaging and very helpful. They have a nice selection of frames too and I can't wait to pick up my new glasses.

Awesome eye Care professionals! Their exams are very thorough and comprehensive. All of the office staff are great. Large selection of frames. Customer service you never feel hurried. Much better than a chain. Highly recommend!
