For me it working good I been struggling with my weight and finally I’m seeing results from them, the doctor she is doing a great job the nurse is fantastic thank you ? I recommend them

For medical reasons I needed to lose 20 pounds in 6 months. I knew I couldn’t do it alone. I decided to visit Persona-Doctors and it was the greatest decision I made. The first visit with the counselor was very informative. My husband actually decide to join with me. We spoke to the doctor and she setup a plan for both of us. We visited the clinic every two weeks to weigh in. Six months later my husband met his goal and I lost 28 pounds. I have a little bit more to reach my goal. My doctor couldn’t believe I really followed his instructions and lost the weight. I highly recommend their services.

Save your money and time! I lost more weight on my own between May of 2020 & January 2021. I went there because my weight loss stalled and I wanted to reach a specific goal but this program is expensive and I probably lost only 7 lbs from January till the time I'm writing this review. Twice I've had to call to have them mail medication that should come automatically after they bill me. The second time I was done and asked my account to be cancelled but no one I spoke to told me I would have to sign something to cancel and I had to do it 60 days in advance. They did inform me today that the 60 day notification was in my contract so I am stuck paying them another month. One person who is I suppose the office manager is ignoring my emails now and you can barely get anyone on the phone to help you. I don't even know if they will send the medication I'm supposed to be taking when they bill me again because as I've stated I've had to call TWICE to get them to do what should automatically happen! This is not a place I would recommend or patronize ever again. (Edit) Ithe second time I had to call about my medication not being sent they’re trying to blame on the post office was not immediately sent after my phone appointment with the dr. That’s why it was initially delayed. Then it was further delayed by the post office. I did receive the email communication from the office manager and she didn’t like my response. These people want to write this long response and blame the post office on their failure to provide good service. You see they didn’t respond to the fact that the program didn’t even work in their long excuse response. And yes I yelled at someone on the phone after the bad service. I’m not ashamed of that. DO BETTER AND DONT MAKE EXCUSES!
