All I wanted was an REFILL and French tip. It took 1 hr 40 minutes and no one knew how to do a proper French tip. It took THREE nail techs to come over and the third one did a slightly better job than the other two. Very disappointed in the quality and will be getting my nails redone somewhere else.

It’s unfortunate because Vickie does a great job but the man up front always tells me it will be 30-45 min, even when it’s almost empty. He even told me I should have had an appointment. I came once and he was not there and the lady told me 10 min and it was actually 10 min. I’m not sure if he is trying to dissuade certain people from coming in but it sure feels like it.

Terrible experience!!! I did my nail here like 2 weeks ago and came back for removal. She literally just used pliers to violently removed it! I told her it hurt so much and she didn’t stop! Violently removed my nails and broke my original nail. This is crazy. And after I told her she did this and broke my nail. She was like it is normal it’s okay. No it’s not okay. I would rate zero or negative if I could.

This nail place should not be in existence. It was money down the drain. I spent 40 dollars for a gel manicure plus tips on a Thursday, and by the afternoon, the polish started to chip. I have never had that experience before, and I'm shocked that people had positive things to say about this place. Horrible!!! Actual 0 stars

Very bad.. Customer service.. they have little or no Idea about nail art, all they care about is the cash they get from you. They even charge you a extra dollar for paying with card. I do not recommend them

Trash I will never go back! You charge 35 for a Pedicure. They don’t do the massage! Barely clean the nails! I was so upset I literally just paid for a nail polish color change that’s it! Don’t go save y’all money!

I got a mani/pedi on 9/7. I went here because I needed my nails done, and this place was convenient at the time. The nail tech was a man. My feet look okay. But the manicure did not hold up. I paid for gel polish, but the polish started to come off after only a couple of days. It cost me $71.00, my nails look awful. I've gotten gel polish at other nail salons, and the polish usually holds up longer than a couple of days. The place was clean and the people were friendly. However, I will not go here again.

I had been coming to this location for almost three months every two weeks, and always receive quick in and out service. Everyone was very nice. However on my last appointment I got the gel polish removed to find that I had fungus building under my finger nails and they were lifted from the nail base. I don't know what he was doing wrong to bring this about, but they never rectified the reasoning, with one tech explaining it was a fungus to my male technician, and another female tech saying it's coming from my body building fungus. I've been getting my nails done for years at different locations and never had this happen and now I know it's was his neglect. These places file down the nail to much with these machines and do damage to the nail and expect them to flourish and stay healthy but they need to stay clean and have customers wash hands as well as technicians sanitizing their own hands after each client. I will not be returning. And the pictures reflect my nails days after soaking them in peroxide and alcohol and not the same day. This is bad business and a health inspector needs to do a full investigation. I pray you read these reviews as I didn't before going.
