Every-time I come to this location I’m disappointed.1st time I came 2 girls took a break 30 minutes after opening.2nd time prices were so jacked up3rd time today I go in and I needed a SIM card and the lady said to me sorry I’m only selling SIM cards to people who get new phones come back tomorrow. What’s the point of coming back????0 stars customer service here is trash ?️

The customer service is extremely terrible. The Spanish lady at the front desk thinks everyone is there to pay bills in the current day of where you can pay online. She can barely comprehend English and has VERY limited knowledge of anything else,while speaking and fraternizing with Spanish customers and ignoring non-speaking Spanish customers. Will no longer patronize MetroPCS.

I do not recommend it here. The two sales associates were too pushy and demanding and didn't knew what they were doing. I just turned my back and walked away because how unprofessional and not knowledgeable about a simple question. Deeply disappointed and I have no interest in returning there ever again. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from here at all cost and look somewhere else. Never again.

When is the store going to fix their phone? It's frustrating to have to go to the store when the question can be answered over the phone. I was told the phone doesn't work but it's been a while and still the same . I like to know if the store has what I need instead of going and finding out that they don't have it.

Hello, this question and this suggestion goes directly to you, Mr. Owner. Today I went to your store and a lady named Chisty G. She sold me a galaxy A32 5g whose price she told me was 500 dollars but since I applied for a discount it was 350 dollars but when I saw online the one that is worth that is the galaxy A52 5g so I had to check the receipt and like her He put a staple on it when I extended it I saw that it was broken and it was missing where the total is detailed, that's when I saw that something was wrong and I came back after 15 minutes and told him that my receipt didn't say how much I paid and why did he pay? removed where the total appeared and in a bad way he responded to me that the system was wrong and I told him that perhaps he had made a mistake in what he had charged me because the phone is really not worth that now well sir owner I would like you to verify this case carefully because in Honestly, they didn't want to give me a full receipt and I told them I was going to return it and they said it couldn't be done. Please, I'm waiting for their response.

last time i went there it was pretty good but this time i tried to go it was closed. google maps says they close at 9pm but it closes at 7, please give us accurate information next time.
