I had a much better experience with this tax preparer than I'd had with the other one i'd been going to for 4 years or more. The only thing I don't like is the SUPER HIGH price. I have basic taxes and have to pay $600 to get them done. That is RIDICULOUS!!!! So if the preparer hadn't been nice and extra helpful this would have been 2 stars.

The lady that worked my taxes is a jewel. She patiently answer the numerous questions I threw to her. She gave me valuable and important advice as regard my next year taxes. She is very professional and knows her field very well.

Worked with a Latina lady, believe her name was Josefina, she was incredible. My taxes were really complicated- Schedule C with additional filing for my small business. All of the expenses- mileage, gas, equipment, etc- were worked through efficiently and with a ton of patience on her end. Cannot thank her enough, 10/10 would recommend.
